We generally stop at other casinos in the area on our frequent jaunt to/from Los Angeles from SLC, Ut. We decided to stop and check out this casino's dining options based on the highway billboards we encountered en route. The advertising was old school bait & switch. Don't plan on discounts if you aren't a "Gold Club" member and be prepared to pay more. That's an acceptable enough incentive for someone who is a frequent guest and they should be rewarded. However, in this case, the service at the restaurant was awful. The food was dry. The willingness to make it right by the manager on duty exceeded our expectations but we only spent the rest of the meal being pointed at as our server complained about our table to others. No refills. No to go box. No willingness to listen. Awful service on what could have been a great experience.
