“Vegas in November”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2012

We stayed in this Hotel in November 2011. We had a very pleasant stay, large rooms . The breakfast which was included in the price was huge and eggs cooked to order. The staff were very friendly and helpful & it was nice to have the use of the shuttle bus.

I am not keen on being negative, but here are some suggestions:
Monitor your front end staff, perhaps expand your reception options and without a doubt the beds or bedding need to be replaced they felt several years old. Your house staff work hard to clean around the clock every employee should take on the effort.

I will remain loyal to Hilton but I can't promise a return to this specific property right away.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It really depends on your expectations though and why you are staying there. It is a decent (adequate) hotel off the strip if you are in Vegas on business or would like to use it as a base to travel in the country. If you are there for fun, to visit shows and to enjoy all that the city has to offer, this may not be the hotel for you. My wife and I stayed there because I was using my Hilton points for our getaway break. We had a car rental and traveled a lot, but we also wanted to enjoy night activities in the city. I previously stayed at the Venetian, and that was a big contrast, but again, it depends on your expectations and needs.

They offered free home cooked breakfast every morning, clean and large rooms, and free shuttles to a casino. We loved every minute at this hotel. You will enjoy all the perks.

The leader of our group going to LV for a lacrosse tournament picked this hotel, and while it seemed to cost more than our other options, it turned out to be well worth the money. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, providing plenty of fuel for the athletes. What was really nice was the fact that it was a little away from the strip so it didn't have the sleaze factor, and felt like a very safe place for the younger siblings to roam around, especially in the enclosed atrium. The pool was great, and everyone enjoyed the manager's Happy Hour very much. Too much.

My wife and I stayed here while I was doing demos at the SEMA show. I had thought I had booked us at the Embassy Suites Convention Center but it turns out I had chose the airport location. I'm very glad I did as the Convention Center location is a bit more threadbare, busy and noisy compared to this location. Granted, its a bit of a walk from the convention center but its well worth it. Great staff, the rooms are in a good state and the ambiance of the hotel is relaxing. The breakfast is good but somehow wish it could be better as it seems to come up short to other Embassy Suite stays I've had. I definitely plan on staying here next time I'm in town.

Like most if not all Embassy Suites, my stay was enjoyed with the likes of the comforts of home. Jason and other front desk staff were very helpful.. Every other staff member encountered were smiling and just as pleasant. Shuttle service and driver were much appreciated. I was a king in a palace away from my own.

Room Tip: May not help, but the airport is on the south side of the hotel. Consider requesting the northern r...
