“Vegas Valentines at the Mirage”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

I had booked a Vegas Valentines day stay at Mirage a few months back. The weather was perfect Sunny, mid to high sixties , perfect to stroll through resort and las vegas strip day or night. There are many criteria that warranted an excellent rating. We checked in early around 12 noon and was pleasantly surprised when the room was available as well as upgraded to strip view. We could see and and hear the volcano eruptions from room as well as night lights of the strip scene. We enjoyed the 75$ food and beverage credit towards any restaurant at the Mirage. The room was clean, comfortable, and staff was very attentive and approachable. The location is central with easy access to other resort casinos Wynn, Palazzo, Venetian, Flamingo, and Paris across LAs Vegas Blvd.On the same side of the strip are Caesars, Bellagio, Treasure Island, Cosmopolitan and Fashion Island Mall.

Thank you so much for your review and I am so happy you had such a great time while visiting with us. That strip view you mentioned is beautiful at night and I am glad you were able to take advantage of the food and beverage credit to your room. Where did you dine? I hope it was as equally as memorable as the rest of your hotel stay. If you have anything else you’d like to share, please email me at tripadvisor@mirage.com. Thanks again for your review and choosing to stay with us at The Mirage. We look forward to seeing you again real soon!

great hotel, great location and we highly recommend it as one of the finest in Las Vegas. We have stayed at seven different hotels in Las Vegas, but the mirage is our favorite by a longshot. The central location is wonderful and you can walk comfortably to many other casinos.

We re-visited Las Vegas after a long absence and choose this hotel on the recommendation on a friend. We loved the location and the self-park access to the hotel, Staff was very accomodating when we requested a newly renovated room. It was beautifully furnished and exceptionally spacious. We loved being "on the strip" to walk to other restaurants, casinos, shows, without paying for the over-priced better known hotels. The hotel was superior in every way, and we would definitely return!

The Mirage took care of my every need with overwhelming kindness and went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. My room was cleaned on a daily basis. Fresh sheets and towels. The staff was kind and courteous. They answered every question that I asked and if they didn't know the answer, they found someone who did. Seriously the best stay on the strip for the price!

I may be a little biased but I too agree that The Mirage is the best stay in Vegas! I am so glad to hear that our housekeeping staff took such great care of you while you were with us and that our employees had all the answers – hopefully the right answers that you were looking for. We are definitely happy you stayed with us and we look forward to another visit real soon. Beds were wonderful, pillows (4) and linens excellent. Ate at California Pizza twice and BLT burgers once. Both were good but not even close to reasonable, welcome to Vegas. Cravings, The Buffet was ok but I am a foodie, Ceasars was awesome The casino at the Mirage was the least smokey of any other casinos we visted. The Venetian was alot worse. Staff was
great and housekeeping never let us down. Check-in was easy and a late checkout 10pm was 60.00. Pool was closed and the Volcano was also. Never saw this posted anywhere on-line. Was looking forward to the volcano but Sirens at TI was great. There is a free tram from the Mirage to TI. Don't miss the Bellagio fountians, very cool in person.

Room Tip: Our room 17004 was close to the elevator and we only had 3 wakeups from partiers, we had a pool side...
