This Hotel is mine and my husbands favorite we like the location near New York New York, its nice it seems quieter which we like will go over to some of the others then always come back here when we want a little quieter. Great pool and wave pool even took our daughter one year she loved it drove from Tennessee to CA when anyone would ask was the best part of your trip she would say Las Vegas it was so funny to see peoples reaction to that. Also nice restaurants and a nice food court which is kind of in middle of casino but stays quiet. we had the most fun entering some of the tournements which my husband came in second in one won alot of stuff free dinner t-shirt mugs, all kinds of thing which we handed out to friend when we got home.We went last time on our 20th anniversary hotel gave us free morning buffet and some other goodies cause we came there on our anniversary.

For the price and location I can't understand how people complain especially if you are in Vegas. I have stayed at just about every hotel on the strip and they each have flaws of thier own. The Monte Carlo is no exception. I will agree that the walls are too thin and you can hear your neighbors taking showers and anything else they might be doing, but I was too tired to let it bother me by the time I made it back to my room. The hotel itself is set up for convenience and that is why I gave it an excellent rating. No walking through the casino to hit the pool or to leave hotel. The pool was great for kids, and the service was awesome. We did have a valet scratch our rental but it was taken care of promptly. The brew pub was packed every night, had fun dancing in there. Buffet was above average for Vegas. Staff was very friendly.
I will stay there again.

Not fabulous. Location good, service is lacking. Very noisy pipes will wake you up EARLY in the morning and no one seems to care. This hotel is good for the budget minded and early risers who want a cheap stay. There are no little extras that you would find even at a nice smaller hotel (free newspaper, mini fridge, free water, etc.) Don't expect much and you will be okay.

The Monte Carlo's Staff was the ultimate best. Concierge service was unbeatable and food at the VIP lounge was fantastic. The rooms were average size and kept immaculate. food at the buffets was excellant. Location was nice on the north end of the strip. Hotel pool has a flowing river that is fun for both kids and adults. Lots of free gifts were given out at check-in. Lance Burton show IS A MUST SEE! You can enjoy spending your entire time at the Monte Carlo since there is so much to do.
