WHile I must start with I read so many reviews on here and different sites, my head was spinning. Good bad in between. That said, I realize that people have different tastes, styles and what might be good for you might be bad for me. So many things factor into someones experience. That all said, we had a great time staying at Treasure Island, was it excellent, no, it would have been except for one experience with a staff member who I believe was over worked and simply tired att he end of the shift, Nevertheless, it did leave a not so good feeling in my mind.

Check in was fairly quick, with many agents there to check you in. I did my research, I was well aware of the fees involved (resort) and what they covered. I booked on line, and knew I would receive a welcome packet. All that said, our check in was extremely smooth as fast (10 minutes) once we reached the desk, and our wait to get there was no more than 15 minutes and it was very full.
The room was very clean and comfortable, no complaint at all here. The beds and pillows were comfortable, everything worked.
The casino staff was pleasant although the were a few that really seemed to not want to be there, but that is common in Vegas, especially when you are dealing with people all day long every day who are drinking and gambling.
The pool was good, we had no problem getting a chair, the water was very cool and refreshing, the servers came around regularly to check if you needed anything. The only thing I would like to see is a vending machine and less expensive food at the pool.
Overall, a fanatastic time with a great room. WOuld I stay again, absolutely.

So we spent out honneymoon here a few years back. I was excited! We had booked a small suite, which I must say, Theasure Island has some of the best prices when it comes to rooms and suites. We requested a non-smoking room and called to confirm this. They have valet parking, and you do not have to tip the drivers, they actually tell you this. When we went to check in our room was not ready, and they were very, very slow, with everyone. The room they gave us was smoking, we told them this is not what we requested. They said they had a "non smoking" on a smoking floor or we would have to down grade. Istead of leaving we chose the "non smoking" room. The room was fabulous. Very spacious, had his and her bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi and one with a huge walk in shower. Everything was great so far. We turned on the AC and was just about knocked out with the smell of cigarette smoke that came through the vents. Gotta love that recycled air! It made for a very restless night. We tried to change rooms but could not. They did comp us two nights, which was nice of them to do. We had pretty good luck with the slots. We also ate the the Buffet for breakfast, which was good as well, especially for the price.

Room Tip: Call the day before to confirm your room. Ask for a room higher up, spend the extra money if they h...

Stayed here in late July/early August for 6 nights in a Petite suite (room 4075) 4th floor with view of strip! Arrived around 4.30-5pm (plane was delayed due to thunderstorm from Seattle) to find long line up, but got through in about 30 mins. Check in was easy, easy to find way around hotel except for walking past smokers in casino but its Vegas what do you expect. Petite suite has Kind bed and queen pull out sofa, lots of room with flat screen TV and 2 bathrooms, yep 2 bathrooms one each with its own toilet and sink, one has the shower (huge) and one has the whirlpool...very nice. The king bed is very comfortable, house keeping were excellent and the toiletries are from Oleksandra's spa (TI owners wife). Pool was a little small but OK in 40 degree weather. We checked in Sunday and it was relatively quiet from Sun to wed then it starts to get busy and loud and Friday and Sat had a poolside DJ, which was great but can be busy, noisy and lots of fun. We stayed here with our 9 y/o daughter and she had a blast, lots of kids at the hotel. The Hotel has a starbuck's inside and just outside hotel, also a Ben and Jerry's inside, pizza place and up the stairs near the tram you can get krispy creme donuts from the gift shop. Walgreen's is also just across the road and they have a huge range of stuff. The petite suite has its own safe and small fridge, enough room to keep some water, pop, milk cold. Closets in both bathrooms was excellent. We ate at the buffet, it was Ok but nothing flash, deserts were excellent...to be honest I had the best creme caramel here! Also ate at Kahunaville and The Seafood Shack (reviews can be found for both of these) they were both nothing special. Room was really well air conditioned. Easy access from TI to Mirage via free tram and also to Fashion show Mall, walk right across to it from TI. Check out was a breeze, hotel staff pretty good for the stay. All in all a great stay and well recommended to anyone visiting Vegas who is looking for a clean place to stay but central on the strip.

Room Tip: go for a high floor room with view over pirates cove or the strip

Clean, comfortable room. Nice location to walk to various places on the strip. Pool was a little crowded. No problems checking in - quick and easy. I was travelling with my 16 year old daughter, and was slightly worried from some of the reviews that it wasn't "kid friendly", but there were no issues. She even found the Sirens of TI show inoffensive and fun (in a goofy way). We saw plenty of families with much younger children who seemed to be having no issues either. Good buffet. The resort fee was high, but even with it, the room was a very reasonable rate. Very good overall experience.

Arrived at Treasure Island about 11am and found the check in counter was well staffed and we were able to walk straight up and were checked in our room within 15 mins... Staff were very pleasant in all areas.

My husband and I had a 4 day stay and I had the best sleep I have had for a very long time...The beds were so comfortable that we are going home to bed shop as we now realise that it is time to upgrade. My husband has a disability so we were given an accessible room which was wonderful, so clean and the view from our room was so beautiful, straight down the Strip.
The location couldn't have been better... I was able to walk round the area pushing my husband in the wheelchair and used the Tram between TI and The Mirage at least once everyday.. Walgreens across the street was great as the light snack and drinks were overpriced at the casino store..
We enjoyed the show out front and found overall the experience for us was delightful and also the deal we got was great... Mid week stays are definately a much more enjoyable experience..

Besides the long line at check in, was a good place to stay. Room is large, we were 4 (family). We've got an excelent room view - the Strip, ask for a room 12016, 12014 or any on these side of the building.
The vending machines of our floor didn't work, we complain at reception and they done nothing, that's the only problem at our stay.

Room Tip: Rooms with finals 014, 016, 018 etc. They have an excelent view of the Strip. Higher floors.

We stayed overnight at TI in Las Vegas on the final night of our 13-night escorted Globus bus tour from Rapid City to Las Vegas. The hotel was clean and not teeming with people the way some of the larger resort-casinos on the strip are. It's pretty centrally located next to the Mirage and across from the Venetian. The room was large and had all the amenities. Our window looked out on the strip facing toward the Mirage and Ceasars' and the Venetian and Paris, so the view was great.

Globus hosted a farewell dinner in one of the rooms on the conference floor, and the dinner was served efficiently -- actuall too efficiently. Courses were flowing like a waterfall; if you got up to speak to someone at another table, your place had already been cleared of any food left there. From opening wine toast to dessert, I don't think we were there an hour. It really did feel rushed, and that's unfortunate because I have the sense that people in the group would have wanted to have just a little more time to say their goodbye's.

Globus treated the group to breakfast in the buffet on the casino level the next morning. It, too, had a very efficient team. The service was truly excellent, considering it was a buffet; there were more than adequate choices; and the quality of the food was quite good. The breakfast turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant send off as we headed for the airport and home just a few minutes later.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the Strip.
