“Great Time Great Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2013

Just got back from another great trip to Vegas and again stayed at the TI. Awesome hotel/facility. Staff is super. Checkin was fast and easy. Spotless and well maintained. Great pool complex with lovely landscaping, cabanas and attentive staff. Thanks to Scott and Janelle (pool staff) for great personal attention. Very cool, hip place. Will be back.

Our first trip to Vegas and so sorry we stayed here at the Ti. We asked for a strip view and like a lot of other people we didn't get it, we got the mountain view. I wouldn't have minded if they cared at all . The woman who checked us in was in a hurry and she didn't smile and was so animated, I guess she didn't get the job at Disneyland. The rooms are dark, the toilet didn't flush unless you are with a plumber! The remote didn't work but the fridge did. When we went out to rent a car our credit card was declined because the hotel put a $675 hold on our credit card. We had to borrow the rental car (enterprise -were awesome!) computer to move money around. When I phoned the hotel about the charge they told me it was policy to hold $125.00 per night for in hotel charges!!!!!!!! Are u getting this!!!!! Without me knowing, but they said Cinder-cruella who checked us in told us about the hold. I talked to a supervisor ,Dean, who argued with me stating we were told about the hold and it would be 7 to 10 days to get the hold funds released! I was more angry than imagine able ------- don't stay here. Try the Paris or MGM Grande!

Room Tip: Pay extra if u want a decent view otherwise it's a crap shoot!

For $225 a night + everything else extra, TI's rooms, service, facilities, casino area and concierge etc are certainly very mediocre. Its only saving grace is that is on the Strip. The Pirate Show outside is too corny for words! The Spa is ridiculously expensive.

For once I really don't have much to say about a place. It was just ok to spend 3 nights at in Las Vegas.

My wife and I go out to Las Vegas every year and this was the worst stay that we have every had. We had gotten one of their suites for the week thinking that it would be the best room. When we got in the room and tried many of the items in the room they did not work. The whirlpool in the room need not work and the Freg did not cool. When we called to them to let them know this we felt they really did not care about our problems. They did send some on up to repair the to items while we was gone, but need not get things done. They even brought a freg on a stand to compensate. The service worker left the compartment door open to the Whirlpool and said everything was fixed. We called again and this time late at night they decide they wanted to move us to a different room. We moved to another room, which in the haste my wife forgot an item that was worth $200. By the time we went to find it it was gone. We filed a report, but nothing happened to compensate for our lost. When we decide to use the whirlpool in the new room it worked when it wanted to. Over all the rooms was not taking care of. They were not cleaned as they should have been. Would never stay here again advised the same to others.

Room Tip: The Excalibur was 10 times better then this one and it was okay.

Start: Unloading luggage from rental car, 5 bell service guys watched us struggle and never offered a hand. Check in: resort fees were outrageous. included your wifi, use of a news paper that you could pick up in the business center, use of the excercize facility and fax & email service in the business center. I say let the business traveler pay for fax service or a news paper. I was on vacation! Besides I fail to see what any of this has to do with the word "resort". Buffet and other resturant staff was rude.

Room Tip: Lots of great hotel/casinos on the LV strip, but consider researching Freemont hotels, I know I will...

I booked this hotel through Expedia for three nights (W,Th, F) for just under $200.00 total. That does not include the $28.00/Day Resort Fee which appears to be mandatory, but for this price and location the hotel is a home run. Upon arrival at check in I told the front desk staff that it was my birthday and she provided me with an upgraded room (27th floor / Panoramic View), gave me a buy one / get one buffet voucher, and a bottle of champagne compliments of the management. What a great start to a three night getaway. The room was great with a nice view of the strip in both directions. It was clean, had nice looking furniture, a nice spacious bathroom, and a comfortable bed. What else do you want from a hotel room. I have seen negative reviews about the television being small and of poor quality. The TV is small and was positioned in an odd place (on the desk / side of the room), but who goes to Vegas to watch the television. The pool was perfect for what we were looking for. It was a smaller area than most bigger hotels with the Day Clubs, but on the days we were there it wasn't too crowded. It actually had a really good mix of people of all ages. On Friday the pool had a DJ and again it had a good amount of people, but wasn't overly crowded or filled with obnoxious clubbers.

Overall the hotel really worked for my wife and I on a three night trip. The price was unbelievable and the location at the center of the strip makes everything very accesible.

Room Tip: Ask for an upgrade, it can't hurt. The view from a panoramic room on the higher floor is awesom...

Trying to remember my last visit to TI, thinking it was April '95. Been a long time regardless.....
Check in was slow, line snaked through the lobby at 230pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Not nearly enough people working the desk it seemed.
Room was adequate: Bed was very comfortable on the plus side, but I was unable to get the room cool enough in two days of setting AC on cool and fan on high non-stop. Guesing it would only go down to 70 or so. Few stains in the carpet, this room could use a refresh.
Be careful not to get a room facing the front side of the hotel if you go to bed early, pirate battle rages below your window until 1130pm- complete with cannon fire! Fun to watch though, esp from Senior Frogs!
Check out was fast and friendly with no issues.
Couple issues in the casino with not enough card tables open, always an issue finding an open table.
Value was probably pretty good overall, price for the whole experience about right.
