We stayed in a corner suite. It was beautiful, clean & modern. The beds were comfortable, floor to ceiling windows, great view. Hotel had great eye candy decor. Central location. We ate at Todd's Pub great selection of good food at a reasonable price. Lunch at Hot & Juicy crawfish great experience.

I stayed here on an off-peak weekend in January. The property is new, clean and the staff is courteous and polite and a nice addition to the Strip. However, the property lacks much character and differentiation from the other Vegas resorts - so it felt more of a commodity than an exclusive resort.

It is amazingly beautiful!!! Very Neat, Nice and comfortable furniture and beautiful view. You can control the room temperature, light, alarm and curtains with your TV monitor which we liked it very much. The check-in and check-out process is very convenient.

Spa is WAY overpriced wanted to use but could not justify the prices. Buffet is WAY overpriced food selection was poor and cold. Shops at Crystal's close too early for Vegas! Smoke in casino and lounges is thick, better ventilation is needed. Restocking fee for mini bar is $50 in addition to cost of items, same $50 fee to use fridge in room! Hotel and conference areas were great. Staff and service were wonderful. Love that you have to show your room key to access rooms!
