We had a short stay (2 nights) from December 3rd to 5th 2012 and this was our first visit to Aria. We were simply wowed when we entered the property. The first thing we noticed was the absolutely AMAZING smell that's featured heavily in the lobby area - so vanilla and chocolatey! We ended up buying the scented sticks from the Elements gift shop before we left.
Check in process was quick and problem free (we were there at about 4pm) and Michael at the front desk was very helpful in explaining all the facilities and offering directions etc. We had a $100 resort dining credit as part of the booking and this was honored without any trouble.

Our room was a Deluxe City View Queen on the 37th floor and it was a good size (although obviously smaller than some of the suites in the other hotels), and very clean with ample storage space. The electronic bedside iPad-style panel was extremely easy to use and very self-explanatory. The view we had was of City Center (Mandarin Oriental, Veer Towers, the top of Crystals shopping centre (great smell here too - we ended up buying the Crystals scent sticks from Elements too!!), and also across to MGM, Planet Hollywood, New York New York, Monte Carlo, Tropicana). Although I don't think this view was the best we've ever had of the strip, it was still great to look at, especially at night. It would have been even better if it wasn't for the rather dirty windows!

We didn't hear a peep from any other guests in the other rooms, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and did a great job. The Aria Express tram, serving Bellagio, Vdara and Monte Carlo via Crystals, was a godsend at times. No more than a 2 or 3 minute wait for a tram. We aren't big gamblers in the slightest, but the slots in Aria were the only ones in which we ever had any kind of significant win.

We would not hesitate to stay here again, and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vegas!

Make sure to check out Fremont Street, its a great place to experience Old Vegas and enjoy some free fun :) ARIA is the BEST hotel in Vegas and Ive stayed at SEVERAL including Bellagio! The Cafe inside ARIA that is open 24 Hours has fantastic food at very reasonable prices, be sure to check it out!

We stayed at the Aria for 10 nights and it was a perfect base for our stay. We were upgraded to the 50th floor as we were staying for a longer time than most. The staff were very helpful and informative. The room was thoroughly serviced eached day and good toiletries too. Highly recommend to all.

Aria is clean, elegant, relaxing and comfortable; not cleshay and tacky like the other hotels on the strip. It is always a relating and wonderful experience staying at the resort. This was our third consecutive year visiting Aria.
