We had a Studio at the Polo Towers, the room is small but well appointed, it has everything you need. I was affraid of the Murphy bed but the bed was very comfortable. Rooms are very clean. We had fresh towels every single day of our stay. The location of this hotel is great, you can walk to MGM, Planet Hollywood, NY NY etc.,
I have been reading bad reviews about this hotel and I can only say one thing, if you are looking for luxury you need to stay at the Bellagio, Encore, Wynn, pay the price and don't complaint. This is a very comfortable and clean hotel.

I will stay at the Polo Towes again.

First of all, we had a lock off room with a kitchenette and that's never a good idea. Second, we own at the Marriott Grand Chateau next door which is WORLD's better, but wasn't quite finished when we made this trip and our week was a free comp from Marriott for our timeshare purchase. The room was very average and small, but that's because it was the lock off room. It is in a good location, just right off the strip and we only rarely drove or used a cab to get to anything. Service was average at best. Whenever we asked for something it took a while and often, multiple calls, to get what we wanted or needed. You need to know that with most timeshares, check out is 10am and since we didn't get in until 4am the morning we were supposed to check out, we negotiated an additional 2 or 3 hours for an extra $45. We needed the sleep and check out at noon or 1pm was a much better idea. Alas, the front desk called at 9am to verify that we were going to be checking out late. And woke us up. And yes, I was not very pleasant. Then, just as we drifted back off...housekeeping started cleaning the connected room very loudly and then knocked on our door repeatedly and then tried to get in. By the time I pulled the door open, the cleaning lady was running down the hallway, because she realized she'd made a mistake. Not her fault. She wasn't told not to clean our room, but should've been told. I wanted to argue about the $45, but my wife wisely suggested I go get the car and find my peace and she checked us out. Better to write off the money and enjoy the rest of the day. So...my experience was sub-par, but I'd say overall the Polo Towers is a very average hotel and I feel for anyone who buys here with something as nice as the Grand Chateau next door. Oh, and even if you don't stay here (which you shouldn't), check out the three horse sculpture in the lobby. There's something really wrong about it and I think all three horses that posed for the sculpture are going to need some counseling. I'm just saying, it looks...well, it looks wrong. That's all.

This condo style hotel was absolutely perfect. It is located in the heart of the strip. Will stay there on our next visit.

My husband and I stayed at Polo Towers Memorial Day Holiday 2009 (5/22-5/29/09) for our 21st wedding anniversary, using our time share exchange. We had a delightful time at Polo Towers and in Las Vegas! We could not have asked for better accomodations at the Towers. The loacation, being almost in the middle of the strip, is perfect for everything - - easy access to the casinos and public transportation. The gym was nice and clean and very well equipped for a small gym. We didn't use the pool (because we're not pool people) but stopped up to see it on the roof - quite interesting! We especially enjoyed the cozy bed and very nice pillows. Saw Carlos Santana in Concert and visited the Grand Canyon, among many other interesting things. We will definitely go back to Las Vegas and stay at Polo Towers. The only drawback was that it was the hottest May ever in Vegas (high 90s everyday), but that did not slow us down.

I have a timeshare through Diamond Resorts and had actually been told by a fellow timeshare owner at one of the Maui properties that Polo Towers was kind of a joke. I also read some of the reviews on here and must disagree with some of the negative points. I did notice that some of the photos are from 2006 and they do not look anything like the room we stayed in. I went with 3 friends for my divorce party and I must say that we had a great experience. From the moment we pulled up, all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful- the guy who checked us in even googled something for me. The self parking was interesting. After attempting to self park, I decided to valet- the parking structure is a bit oddly shaped and there is not much available for self parking. Valet is free anyway, we just tipped the guy a few bucks and it was worth it to avoid the hassle. Our room was well appointed with a kitched that had a full sized refrigerator and oven which was very useful since we didn't want to spend a ton of money eating out in Vegas. We were on the 9th floor with a good view of New York New York, Monte Carlo and a few other places. This hotel does not have a casino which was good for me because I am not a smoker and I didn't have to deal with the nasty smell of cigarettes that lingers in casinos. It is situated in between Planet Hollywood and MGM- a great location for walking almost anywhere. There is a nice pool area on the roof with a smallish pool, but the decor is nice and there are cabanas if you want to stay out of the direct sun. I also was pleased that they had a business center that had 2 computers with complimentary internet use- I had to check my work email because my BlackBerry was having issues. I will definitely return to this great hotel, but be aware that it is not the Bellagio. If that is what you are looking for, stay there and not at Polo Towers.
