“Excellent place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

Well .... There is a lot of things i want to say about this hotel but i think the best word to describe it's GREAT!!!!!... Beautiful hotel, the room was awesome, super clean and excellent view.... The hotel itself it's like a city.... They have everything in there , awesome service at the buffet, great food, in my next visit i will consider to stay here again.. Although i like to stay in a different hotel everytime i visit Vegas.

Room Tip: If you want a nice view of the strip or the airport and mountain... Book the grand tower... :)

First trip to Las Vegas was great. Restaurants were excellent and the Ka' theater was amazing! The room we stayed in was small and had no mini fridge but was overall comfortable and clean. Had an excellent time exploring the casinos and the hotel and loved the fact they were connected to other buildings.

We got a promotional rate on the newly renovated rooms Grand Tower. Nicely done, good quality furnishing, safe, nice linens good AC/H. View of airport and Eastern mountains. Room 28130. Everything was fine until I tried the expensive Resort Fee Internet provided. Oh surprise I could not connect. Called front desk and was transferred to an agent thAT WOULD HELP ME. 25 MINUTES ON HOLD , NO Answer, I HUNG UP. Better things to do. Anyway came back from dismal Buffet @ Monte Carlo and had a flashing message light on phone. Caller said they fixed the internet. I tried, yes it was fixed. I had some minor business to do but I missed out on those offers, due to lack of connection. At almost $40 a night Resort Fee at least it could work right away.

Room Tip: This is an older hotel and the walls are thin. Pay more for a Strip View if you like.

Green Features: Yeah, yeah reuse towels don't flush if only pee, turn lights and AC/H off. And yet most rooms have a leaky drain stopper or faucet/shower drips. It's just me I guess.

Compared to other resorts that I've stayed at in Las Vegas (Palazzo, Monte Carlo) this one is wide as the others are long. So it seems like it take more time to get to places within the hotel. Pool seemed great, however, we went there off-season weather so it was a bit chilly and most of the pool was closed for majority of my stay time. Overall, staff was friendly, restaurants were good, and spa was lovely. I'm not sure I'd stay again (I'd like to be more in the middle of the strip), but for the reasons why I went, it served it's purpose.

Room Tip: Free wifi with the paid daily resort fees

You’ll do miles and miles of walking; this hotel/casino is huge but a great one. Lots of things to see and do; lots of restaurants to choose from. It is in a great part of town; great walking up and down the sidewalks. Easy to catch the Deuce double-decker bus for a ride into downtown.

The first room we were given was far from 4 star! There was used soap and dirty washcloths on the sink, trash cans were not emptied, carpet was filthy and the room did not resemble the company website picture at all!
HARRY, our wonderful bellman, called the desk and relayed our issue and got us set up in a much better room. However, this room had trash in the cans and q-tips on the bathroom floor.
We are now on day 3 here, and there is no water!
You are a disappointment MGM.

I enjoyed this hotel more than I thought I would. Although it is one of the older hotels it is very clean, comfortable and lots to do. Many kinds of restaurants, shows and gambling.. including several outdoor pools. My stay was great.
