It's a massive hotel must say. Nice and spacious rooms. The breakfast spread is really good.Right next to the strip is very convenient. There are also great shows in the hotel. The staff is quite friendly, there is always a buzz at the casino and the numerous bars they have. There is also a treadmill room, used it twice - it was nice and clean.

MGM good hotel all the facilities on the strip. Best porter house steak I have ever tasted well done.
I did not like however the hidden charge of $28 dollars a day for facilities. However if you argue a case it can be refunded especially if you don't use the facilities.
Did not like the fact that in the cab I got in a big sign stated minimum $5 tip. A tip to me is paying for a service above and beyond not just taking you from a-b.
I spent more on tips than I did on myself so next time I will be wiser.

Stayed 3 nights here. One night was my brother's wedding at the chapel within the hotel. The chapel was very nice I must say and had live streaming capabilities for family that could not be there to watch the wedding . How cool and a nice touch! The hotel though, lets see, just happened to be there during the Mayweather and Maidana fight on Sept 13th. The hotel was literally wall to wall with people all day and night long, especially on fight night. There must have been 50K people go through that hotel that day!! Well I digress, the room was an average room. It did not have a frig or personal coffee maker which I am used to in even small hotels. Did not have a great view at all, one small window facing south, nothing to really look at and I was on the 11th floor. That was no big deal though, as I only slept in the room anyway. Just thought I would mention for the entire reading experience. Otherwise the room was exceptionally quiet at night. Could not hear anything outside the door or on either side of me. That was nice. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was very nice with a lazy river. It was 100 degrees every day and the water felt great for the short time I spent in the pool area. I did make the most of my stay there. No $5 blackjack tables in this hotel, have to go across the street to New York New York or the Tropicana. Nice walk over the walkway at night in great weather. The 4 stars is for the amenities the hotel has to offer as discussed above.

Room Tip: The hotel picks the room for you. You really have no choice.

Only thru Vegas for one night to start off a one month motorbike tour.
MGM was booked by friend as a quick stopover
Cheap enough but check in staff had completely overbooked and therefore all 4 rooms booked not available.
No upgrades no offers of a drink for our troubles
The place is really a bedroom factory with as many slots and games as you want but not right for a relaxing stopover after a long haul flight

Girlfriend trip to Vegas. My sister and I sharing a room which was comped thru my M
life. She arrived hours earlier due to flights and was able to check in with a credit card which was great for her. This was prearranged when I booked. My checking was therefore very fast and easy. Room had 2 queen beds, desk, safe, amenities. Was all ok, not outstanding but certainly sufficient.
Casino floor very large, had no problems getting drinks. Biggest complaint would be no live bands around the casino floor for the over 40 crowd entertainment . EVERYTHING seems geared for the under 30 crowd. Too bad. Also other than a Starbucks there is no quick " grab a coffee and muffin" and go spot. Starbucks is sooooo expensive and was always lined up.

This is my third visit to Las Vegas and third stay at the MGM.... Why do I come back? Because it is simply incredible! Hotel itself is fantastic, staff are great, clean... I simply love the place.

The only downside is my luck on gambling hahaha

I wouldn't stay anywhere else... You need to come here.
