“Birthday Celebration”

Mandalay Bay provided a wonderfully beautiful ambiance for our family trip. I do wish the restaurants were a little more value worthy though...bland and overpriced where we ate.
The Spa experience was the best! and we will return again.
Moorea Beach Club was lovely, the drinks were generous for the price, the attendants were very attentive and friendly.
The shops were great and the Irish bar was SO much fun!

Mandalay Bayt has the best food, best spa, and the best pool area for the money on the Strip. Their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced with any company. I never stay anywhere else in Vegas if I can avoid it.

We stayed at the Hotel which is part of Mandalay bay resorts. It seemed nice but the shower temperature was never consistent so you could not get a good shower. We took the drinks out of the mini frig and used it for our own food and they tried to charge us $50. To their credit, they did reverse the charge after we caught it and questioned it. The pool is great but must have been a mile from our room. Check out where your room is in relation to the pool. The lighting as also way too dark.

Thanks for taking the time to share the details of your stay with us. We apologize for the fluctuations of the water temperature in the room you received. We also apologize for any misunderstanding surrounding our in-room refreshment centers. Our mini bars are not intended for personal storage and we do provide collateral in every room with the stipulations of using the mini bar as a personal refrigerator. We are pleased to know our staff attempted to offset your concerns regarding this matter. We appreciate your feedback and certainly hope to have another chance to welcome to back to our resort soon.

Kind regards,
Tosha T.

I booked a two bedroom suite for the weekend. Arrived early and was told by the front desk clerk "my manager told me to tell you to come back at three during check in." Dismissed. Just like that. Take it or leave it. I left and returned at 2:30 to check in. At this point the desk agent read a note in the computer to me word for word. It was not complimentary and should not have been repeated. We were placed in room 9135. The carpets in the living room have been shampooed beyond their useful life. The furniture appeared dirty and very well used. The tile entry was dirty. The bathrooms were dirty. The toiletries were a joke and were not replenished during our stay. The bed was beyond any usefulness and the linens felt like sand paper. The stains on the night stands were scary! All of the windows in the room were dirty with greasy smudge marks. A disappointment, no doubt. Valet is not staffed and takes an excessive amount of time to bring up the car. Mandalay Bay is in desperate need of a major make over. I guess it's time to find a new place to stay in Las Vegas.

We offer our sincere apologies for the several difficulties you faced during your stay, beginning with the quality of service you received during check-in to the issues within your accommodations. Please know, the troubles you encountered do not reveal our usual seamless operations and this is most certainly not how we want any of our guests to spend their time at our resort. All of your comments have been expedited over to each related department head to begin an internal review of each issue. We hope to address these issues with you and if given the opportunity, provide you with a much better experience in the future. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Kind regards,

The Staff, Hotel, Restaurants, and Casino at Mandalay Bay are incredible. When you walk into the Resort, the air smells wonderful and you realize that are in for the treat of a lifetime. Yes, it is that great!!!

Overall a nice hotel. We were there for a conference and had never been to this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Only blip was no wash cloths. Prepare to walk because the area is huge and we were on opposite side from the convention center. I have to say the best service was from all the men who worked for the bell service. They gave 100% no matter the request. Before arriving ,I had called ahead to review our reservations and the young lady didn't seem to understand this is acceptable. When my husband went to the room he found the bed request was not honored. The young man who helped with the luggage immediately called the front desk and fixed the problem. Unfortunately when we arrived at the room we discovered the request for a refrigerator had not been honored in either room. But after calling the front desk again, one was quickly sent to the room. I have to say no matter the different problems the hotel corrected any problem quickly. There was only one problem that was difficult was the smoke we had to go through in the casino every time we had to go anywhere. We are both highly allergic to smoke and were surprised at how heavy it was in that whole area. It's a lovely hotel and if we came back we would have to find different routes to go around the casino.

We thank you for allowing Mandalay Bay to host you during your recent trip! We would first like to apologize for the difficulties you encountered involving your accommodations. We are pleased, though, with the exceptional level of service you received from our bell services staff and also that our front desk staff was able to offset your concerns. Thank you for your kind remarks. We will definitely share them with the teams mentioned. We value your feedback. We hope to see you again at Mandalay Bay again soon!

Kind regards,
Tosha T.

For our first trip to Vegas we stayed at the mandalay bay. Loved the beach/pool, casino, etc.
We had the best view of the strip, which is a huge part of what I love about vegas. The only complaint I really have is that it's on the end of the strip (which makes for a great view) but it was so far to walk anywhere. There is a tram to excalibur which is really helpful.

Room Tip: Ask for a room of the strip on a higher floor. I think we were on the 30th floor. It was fantastic!!
