I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my cousin. We had a nice room with 2 queen beds, which were very comfortable. The room size is nice, it was clean, the bathroom is large with a separate tub, shower and toilet area. 2 large lighted closets, flat screen TV, Desk and chairs. We had internet service in the room as part of the daily $25.00 resort fee. The room and halls were clean and nicely decorated. The service is great in all areas of this casino/hotel. What I did not like was the price differences for each day. They ranged from $80.-$250.00 per night. There was a convention in town so the price went up, even though we were not part of the convention. So 3 night just under $500., I thought was a bit much. Yes it is a nice casino/hotel but it is way on the far end of the strip. There are no major hotels past it. You have to do alot of walking or taking taxis to get anywhere. There is a shuttle tram that takes you from Mandalay bay to Excalibur to save some distance. I played slots and did not find the machine to pay out any amount that could keep me playing even for a few hours. There was a live band in one of the bars in the evening and that was nice. So no real complaints but nothing more then you should expect on the strip. We had friends staying at Aria and that place was nice also and much closer to the middle of the strip where I believe most of the action is. Would I stay here again......Only if I got a really good price. Otherwise, look elsewhere and try to get a deal on a room. There should be something on the strip.
