We made reservations and paid for in advance, a King Bed Non-Smoking room.
We checked in went to the room to find we had Dbl. beds, I went to the Front Desk and asked for the room type we had reserved and paid for, I was told no King bed rooms were available in Non Smoking.
I would have to take either the Dbl. bed or a Smoking room. My only other option was to pay an additional $20 per night for a Non Smoking "Suite" with a King Bed. I took the room which wasn't a "Suite" it was a terrible Dark hotel room with a King Bed, the room didn't a normal window, only a tiny window around a corner that didn't provide any light into the room. The room had curtains where the window would normally would be, but behind the curtains was just a wall. Every light in the room had to be on in the daytime just to be able to see. It was the worst room I've ever had in Vegas. Don't stay in room 4-302

We would also like to acknowledge that we strive to provide each guest with the exact room type requested. Only on rare occasions it may not be possible when an array of occupancy factors create limitations in room type availability. We sincerely regret to hear the disappointment you experienced with regards to your upgraded room interior and room view. While some guests place greater importance on room factors such as view, layout, floor level, etc., some other guests may be more neutral on such topics. We will strive to better anticipate our guests’ preferences and requests through enhanced Front Desk interactions. Thank you for reaching out to our team.
