Excellent hotel and amenities, along the Strip. Employee staff are very courteous and helpful. Hotel guests are very friendly too. The concert attended is spectacular. Will be going back again next month using the same hotel.

After reading some horrendous reviews on here I was dreading our stay here but I'm pleased to report it was actually ok. It may not be the most plush hotel on the Strip but our room was clean and comfortable. The public areas are extremely busy but they do their best to keep them clean and tidy. Unfortunately there are always going to be disrespectful individuals that will do their utmost to make this a difficult task. Casino was very busy we preferred going next door to The Cromwell which was quieter. We ate at the buffet twice and enjoyed it. Not sure what people want from a buffet but there was a great choice and food and service were excellent.
The Flamingo is in a great location but as it is one of the older and cheaper hotels it is going to show signs of wear and tear and will attract people on a lower budget. If you are a bit of a snob don't go here but if your not too fussy you will have a great time.

Customer service at this hotel is awful! Check in time was over an hour, long line of unhappy people. We did not get the room we booked, had to
Come back the next day. We went back and got a new room but had to wait for key, when we went back for key they had given our room away!!! Finally got a room that we did not book with amenities that did not work.

Well our room was nice bed was real comfy n big. We had a king deluxe room.it was spotless too actually the whole hotel was.
I booked breakfast and was then told we had an allowance of €8 each at the coffee place. Come on that barely covered coffee so needless to say we went out for breakfast. It was an expenzive hotel to buy anything from so we were out all the time at different parts of vegas. The staff were helpful enough tho.
My last complaint would be about the pool. What's the story with not being allowed to bring in even a bottle of water to the pool. That's just ridiculous. Alcohol I can agree but water come on
Well needless to say it's my last trip to vegas I enjoyed looking at the fabulous hotels on the strip but enjoyed the old strip better

We had a great time. The vents in bathroom very dusty kinda gross to look at when you are going to the bathroom. There was a room service tray with food and dirty dishes on it , it was in the hallway of the14th floor for 3 days gross.

Room Tip: $15.00 dollars in change

Overall, Flamingo was reasonably priced and convenient to places on the strip. Stayed here due to conference at Caesars and this was backup hotel. Reasonable walking distance across the strip to conference. Room was clean. I will advise that the front desk staff were among the rudest people I have experienced in Vegas. Very robotic and non-welcoming. Not customer service oriented at all. And, beware, they will charge you for everything... Early checking, late check out... A dollar is attached to any request. I know it is Vegas, but have not encountered that at other properties.

Room Tip: Definitely do the GO room as these are convenient to exits out to the strip and remodeled.
