“Great vibe. Will definitely be back!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2010

Went to Vegas to meet up with friends from NY. After reading several reviews here, I decided to book a room at the Hard Rock. It looked like it was going to be a lot more fun than where they were staying. I was right. Fantastic restaurants, amazing ambience, great nightlife, great parties. Very hip hotel. Visiting the hotel as a single woman, felt very safe. Security was top-notch. Was nervous about whether or not the room would be quiet enough to sleep at night. It was. Very peaceful...slept like a baby. Loved my room. My bed was super comfortable. Much of the staff that I encountered was very friendly. Because of my experience, I will be back to Vegas and only stay at the Hard Rock.

Reading reviews online is a great way to find the right place to stay. It's a definite pleasure to hear you found the HRH fantastic. From nightlife, to rooms, to staff, it clearly shows we are on the right track. Thank you for choosing the Hard Rock and we look forward to seeing you again next time you visit Las Vegas.

Just returned from 3 nights at the Hard Rock
We were 5 buddies who were all celebrating our 40th birthday year and trying to pretend were still 25
We booked two basic Casino mountain view rooms – at check-in we were automatically upgraded to Casino Pool View – We loved the rooms 838 and 840 – we were facing the pools and had the strip in the background – Two of our friends smoked so it was nice you could open the patio doors and air out the rooms – Casino tower is the oldest ones but are the only ones with the opening french doors - Beds are very comfortable – Liked the flat scene TV and hooked up our Ipods to the stereo – at 6 PM one night when the pools were closing – two sets of couples put on white a show in the pools for us until they were asked to leave
Yes there is a $15 resort tax and no free internet and don’t touch the mini-bar – you been warned
And yes you do have to cab to the strip but we would usually only want to go out once a day
The hotel has a real vibe to it – We loved the music in the casino, the pole dancers, the dealers in lingerie and all the young people
I would not bring my wife or kids to this resort – pick another
The pools are beautiful. They do juggle which parts are open on which days
We left on the Sunday and missed the big Rehab party but went to a smaller one on the Saturday for free called SKAM Saturday – I would say it was 5-1 guys though that day, a lot of meatheads standing in the pool waiting for some women to come by -.$10 beers and $15 mixed drinks
Went to Vanity twice – On the Saturday night, the Shannon twins were celebrating the 21st birthday- Lots of scenery and a real good vibe – Club Host Chris Coletta was very polite and helpful getting us in the place
Some friends went to the Gun Store and loved firing off AK47s – Went to Bellagio buffet and had a great meal – walked across the street to Hofbrauhaus for some great German foods, 1 litre lager steins, buy some shots and asked to be paddled- a experience you will never forget– Luckys 24-7 is just OK and can get slow
Was worried about the staff from some reviews but everyone was extremely nice to us – We had no problem with security or bringing alcohol up to our room to pregame
So if you are planning an all guys or all girls trip do consider the HRH

Great feedback and interesting comments. The Casino Tower is probably the only remaining place in Las Vegas that offers fully opening french doors. Those rooms are still one of my personal favorites. We’re pleased to read as well that you found our music, staff, pools and nightlife entertaining and hip. We will share this with our staff and forward your kind words about Chris Coletta to him and his team. We are grateful to our amazing staff members. It was equally pleasing to read you found Las Vegas wonderful overall. See you back soon!

Hotel was awesome. Rooms were clean, service and food were fantasic, decor and theme were amazing, but even though they had a free shutlle that runs from 10-5 we had to spend a lot of money on cabs going back and forth from the strip. Shuttle only runs every hour and drops you off behind the fashion show mall. Hotel is perfect if you aren't going to the strip all the time. Beds were comfortable, cocktail waitresses were terrible in the casino (took forever and not very friendly) but that seems to be consistent everywhere. Pool waitresses were more frequent but still somewhat unfriendly. Everyone else was great. Mr. Lucky's had great food at very reasonable prices.

I had a great time, I loved being off the strip and away from the crowds. I love to watch the planes take off and land; I had a great view of the pool area and the airport, as well as some of the strip hotels. Everyone on the staff I came into contact with was cordial and professional. The Pink Taco had the best Mexican food I've ever eaten! If I hadn't been out, I would have eaten every meal there. The hotel offers very nice amenities as well. I loved the room also. Not (girly) romantic, but efficient and businesslike, while being trendy. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

Hearing these comments makes us proud. It’s truly a pleasure to receive feedback like yours. We are glad you found our staff professional and cordial.

Pink Taco is one of our most recognized places to go inside the Hard Rock. Hopefully you tried the many salsas and sweet tamales - some of my favorites!

The rooms are designed to make you feel like a Rockstar; a little edgy and trendy, but also part business like you stated. We’re excited to learn you captured our vision.

We look forward to many future visits from you.

This room was very comfortable and in style. The decor was beautiful. The bathroom sink was black so we could see that it wasn't cleaned or that there was soap build up. The maids were nice and did a pretty good job but they totally disregarded our privacy sign. They walked in our room without knocking when we were in bed sleeping. There was a shuttle service that drives you to the strip but it didn't run all night. For a city that never sleeps, you'd think that they would run the shuttle after 6pm. We tried to walk back from the strip and it's not as close as it seems.

We’re happy to read you found our room and décor comfortable, stylish and beautiful. Those are great ways to describe our newest tower. There does seem to be a few service glitches that need to be addressed. I’m positive we can correct any inconsistencies with in our housekeeping department regarding attention to detail. Entering a room with a "do not disturb" sign on the door is unusual, but we sincerely apologize for any troubles that might have caused.

We are currently looking in to extending our shuttle bus hours of operations. Not being too far from the strip, there are many alternative forms of transportation to chose from as well. Next time you visit please see our concierge and they will be happy to help arrange something for you. Looking forward to seeing you again.

I stayed three nights in the HRH Tower and it was wonderful. I was very apprehensive about staying here because of where I normally stay. It’s a completely different type of hotel, but I surprised myself. I loved it! The private lobby of the HRH is dark and edgy and is studded with rock and roll memorabilia. There is a private valet area, but it’s much easier to get a cab from the main valet of the hotel. The HRH valet is more convenient when you are coming back to your room. We checked in before 10am and I knew a room wouldn’t be available at that time but we didn’t get a room until about 3pm. The hallways of the HRH are beautiful. The room was even better than I expected. The room was mostly white with silver and dark furniture. It was young and modern and gorgeous. We had a separate bedroom. Both the living room and bedroom had a large flat screen tv. The size of the rooms were perfect. We had a huge bathroom with a separate soaking tub. It was very easy for the 2 of us (both girls) to get ready at the same time. We had an awesome sound system with a screen built into the wall. You could either use the preset playlists of plug in your ipod. We tried it both ways. Our room was 1521 and we could see part of Harmon and part of Paradise and we could see part of the lower strip to our right. The comforter was possibly the most comfortable comforter ever! We wished we could have taken it home with us! The pool complex was beautiful. We went to all of the different pool areas. We went to Rehab on Sunday and Skybar on Monday. Rehab is another review in itself. Skybar was absolutely beautiful. It was a couple of levels above the main pool areas and the views were beautiful. There was also a really cool infinity pool. The Beach Club part of the cool was also awesome. That part of the pool is much closer to the HRH building. I love that you are able to order food at the pool without having a cabana. Not all hotels allow that. The music at the pool is great. They play a lot of rock (duh). It’s definitely a hotel for young people looking to have fun. I would not suggest bringing your children.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful insights with us and fellow vacationers. It was also a pleasure to read and share the comments about your memorable stay with our staff. You touched on almost everything the Hard Rock has to offer - from our newly remodeled and expanded rooms, to our pools, to our bars, memorabilia and music.Coming to the Hard Rock usually means fun and high energy - and this is at its peak during a weekend at our pools and sunny beaches. We are pleased to know you found the HRH an amazing place to stay. We appreciate your business and hope to see many more stays from you.

We stayed at HRH for a convention this Sept. Check in - first impression - received less than admirable service. She didn't like that my id and reservation had different last names, she checked my info numerous times and checking with someone in the back, she took my credit card - no thanks, no apologies for inconvenience, little to no direction to my room. The HRH tower suite is a must have, very spacious and a great music system. I ate breakfast several times at Lucky's 24/7 - outstanding staff and food. We made some purchases at the gift shop, and used the doormen for taxi's often - all were smooth and friendly.

Our apologizes to you for any inconveniences upon check in. Customer service is extremely important and it surprises us to hear you encountered someone who was not apologetic or informative about the room accommodations. Although first impressions are everything, we are pleased to know that during the remainder of your stay you were given the true Hard Rock hospitality we are known for. We are happy to read you found the HRH suites amazing and Mr. Lucky’s a great place to dine. Love to see you again. I’m sure you’ll find your next visit even better!
