“Great fun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2010

I loved this hotel, has such a great time here. The hotel has everything i actually saw very little of vegas itself. While there i ate in 3 of the hotel restuarants all great especially Nobu. Went out in the Wasted Space a great relaxed rock vibe there and saw a Blink 182 gig in the Joint. Also got a tattoo in Hart and Huntington - so as you see the hotel has it all. The rooms are very clean and spacious and I have to say the staff were very nice and helpful. The only negative was the huge que to check in and out - i really think they should have a specific check out desk.

We stayed at the Hard Rock in Vegas for 5 nights from Jan. 18-22. Since they charged us to utilize the room as a place to sleep, you would think something as simple as sleeping MIGHT be possible.

Think again.

My room on the 3rd floor was apparently over a nightclub. The music was so loud that it literally shook the lights in my room. I used Bose noise-cancelling headphones and still couldn't get to sleep. (These headphones will eliminate the sound of a jet engine, but not the Hard Rock's club!)

When I complained at the desk the next morning , the response was "yeah, we hear that a lot." They did offer to allow me to change my room the last night, but it wouldn't have mattered - it was bad everywhere

Granted, this casino/hotel is really here so the beautiful people can stare at each other, and overpay for meals, but the fact that it is so loud is riduculous.

Tried to go to sleep at 11 pm and the music was so load and pounding under our room no one could sleep. At 3 am they finally shut the music off. It would have been nice if they could have just changed the song. It was the same pounding hard music for 4 hours. Called the front desk and they blew us off 3 times. Told us we could move at 2 am. That is what I really wanted to do at that time. Pack all my things and move. We checked out a day early and front desk could have cared less. There are a lot of choices in Vegas. Judging from the empty casino it won't be long and Hard Rock will be gone. I like the cafe but the hotel is a joke and won't be missed.

A group of friends and I checked in on Christmas Eve under 3 different reservations and Esteban got us into adjoining rooms on the 17th floor of the Pardise Tower. Sweet! Two days later he arranged a rental car for us through Budget after we were told by the Hertz representative at the desk in the hotel lobby that basically there were no cars available in the city because of the holiday. On to the cons-the valet staff many times did not manage the cab queue well, the HRH gift shop staff were impatient with my husband but did give us 30% off even without a readily available coupon in our possession, the hotel claimed to be environmentally friendly but provided 1/2 a dozen pillows per bed (laundry over load!), the shower area was very small, no lotion was provided, no in room coffee maker (Starbucks in lobby....expensive & busy), no shuttle to the strip. I also had a problem with the blood red wall paper which had daggers and animal skulls as part of the pattern. What happened to the 'Love All Serve All' mellow feelings?

The hotel room was nice enough, we even liked the internal music system that played through the television's speakers. Nice bed and bathroom--terrible service. Food mistakes at the restaurants but at least it tasted good. Drinks were correctly made and strong enough. Housekeeping staff got the poorest marks possible!

2 days of partial or non-existent housekeeping
Lack of towels
Dirty towels piling up
Garbage not emptied--including our newborn's dirty diapers
Request for housekeeping services ignored--while we were waiting or left the hotel.
Retribution by housekeeping staff on last night--4:10 am the alarm clock went off!

Bad service.

Stayed with a friend for the weekend, the hotel has a great party atmosphere and is worldwide knows for its famous Rehab Pool Party which happens during summer only.

Make sure you pick a pool-side room view. It is one of the most exotic pool views Iv seen, once staying there, you gotta attend to sunday pool party Rehab. Dont miss it.

The location is not very good cos it far from the strip, you will need to rely on cabs and it gets CROWDED during weekends, with long waiting lines for cabs, so beware of that if you are late to shows/concerts will probably spend more to get a limo and dont wait for transportation. There is a shuttle to-from the strip but with limited times, dont count much on that. The parking is huge and free tought, you can just rent if you dont drink.
