Hotel is very close to McCarran's Rental Car Center. Checked into hotel late and left early. Was impressed with quality of the front desk staff. They were quite helpful. Fitness center was bright and clean.

This is a pretty typical Doubletree located in a business park near the airport. The rooms, beds, complimentary breakfast, etc alley expectations and the hotel overall was a good value. The only standout negative was that the carpets, in both the hallway and our room, were absolutely filthy or horribly stained. Either way they are in desperate need of a cleaning or replacement. It was unfortunate because otherwise the guest room furnishings were modern and clean, but the carpeting was truly appalling.

I got to stay here the last time I was in Vegas and I just have to say that it was a great stay! The staff was very courteous and the rooms were very clean! The beds were also very comfortable, and I also enjoyed the complimentary bus to the Vegas strip. I will be back!

We (two couples) bought a night through Priceline. And, we paid around $70 plus tax, which is not a bargin in Vegas. When I got there they gave us a "handicapped" room (we are not handicapped) with a pull bed and a huge table in the room. It was so big we had no chair just the table. We called the desk and asked what was this unusual room? It turned out it was a "conference room"/handicapped room. I told them I didn't want it and to please move us. They said, well you booked a handicapped room". I told them I did no such thing. They did move us but acted like it was a huge deal. The next room was just okay, kind of old and dirty.
In the morning we went to breakfast there and after finishing they told us we needed a voucher. Now I have never stayed at a Double Tree before. At no time did they tell us at check in that the breakfast was not complimentary. Priceline's web site said it came with breakfast. They told us it didn't and refused budge. They charged us $14/couple and it wasn't even that good. When we explained to the front desk the "so called cookie cutter manager" told us we would have to contact Priceline. So, after screwing up our reservation they would rather have 4 unhappy guests than write off a little food. What a joke. I have never, ever been treated by a hotel staff this way. Shame on you Double Tree in Las Vegas.

I stayed here with my wife for two nights while passing through Las Vegas from California to Utah. The hotel is typically comfortable for this brand but nothing special. The carpet in the hallways on our floor were unbelievably stained. The staff was OK. We passed through the lobby at least 8 times within 3 feet of the front desk and not even a smile. Disappointing. The breakfast area is really small and cramped. The breakfast staff sat us then not another word. It's a simple and unexciting buffet breakfast. Our room was clean. I love the beds. There are two Honors floors in this hotel but we we're not on either and I don't understand why as that should have been automatic for us as loyal customers to this brand. I choose not to challenge them on their decision. In all honesty, I would stay here again but only if there were no other choices.

Excellent staff, service and amenities. A great place off the strip for business but free shuttle service to the strip if one so desires. I would not hesitate for recommend this property to anyone traveling for business or otherwise. A great value.
