“Family fun casino”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

Great place for families. Fun for the kids as well as the adults. Right on the strip and in walking distance to great shows. Best value in Vegas. Big rooms that are clean. Friendly staff overall. Only downside is the long wait line for checking in to the hotel.

I was traveling with kids and they loved it, but as for service and honoring requests made at the time of reservations. Were told that they only honor them at the time of checking in, nothing was a guarantee. Requested a fridge to keep some insulin cold and they brought it to the room by dragging it by the cord, the door didn't open if left on the floor, and looked like it had been rolled down the stairs a couple of times. Called down to see about replacing it and they brought another, the same way (dragging it by the cord), and the door was in worse shape. There was an unidentifiable odor, appeared to have mold in the shower / tub area, inside the knobs for the water controls.

As other reviews say, the hotel is better suited to families than to couples. After queuing for about half an hour to check in, we were given a room in "The Manor" which was a short walk from the main hotel. We booked this through an agency and were not given a choice of room, other friends could choose the part of the hotel they wanted to stay in, and we would NOT recommend the Manor! The room was a good size, but very dated. Bathroom wasn't very clean, and needed re-decorating and a new bathroom suite. The facilities in the hotel were primarily aimed at families/children, and when walking round the other hotels you noticed the difference in shops etc. As a couple, we wished we had paid the extra few dollars a night to stay closer to the middle of the strip and for a slightly more modern hotel!

Room Tip: Avoid the Manor!

The hotel is big and beautiful. Good for family with little kids as there are plenty of ways to keep them engaged. For Indians it I has the added convenience of a very good Indian restaurant right opposite in the Riveria food court which is open for 24 hrs a day. There is the added benefit of keeping your luggage in their cloak room which operates only on tips ! It is right on The Strip and is near to all the good casinos.

Room Tip: Request for rooms facing the strip above 22 floors.

If you have kids and dont have any other options...like anywhere else, stay here. Rooms were smelly, kids running around, dark and damp! Like I said...if you have kids it might be ok...still this place needs a renovation LIKE YESTERDAY!! We stayed cause some friends were staying, I'm just glad it was only 1 day!!! Once is ok...maybe 1 day is perfect!!

Well I guess you get what you pay for, this was cheap and its obvious why, huge rooms but very dated, lacking of features or amenities but then again with the price tag thats understandable i guess.

Really only an option if you are on a budget, as I was at the time, great stop for backpackers, been to other better options since, so dont stay here if you can afford elsewhere.

We wanted to stay on the strip, but with 3 teenagers in tow it gets quite expensive. Also as we didn’t intend to spend much time in the hotel we didn’t need loads of facilities, just the right kind of facilities. This hotel proved ideal with it free circus shows, indoor funfair and tourist tat shops.

We queued for about 20 minutes to check in. However, as we had pre-paid, we didn’t need to queue to check out.

We had interconnecting rooms in the skyrise tower – 16th floor. The rooms were large and clean, but the only downside was no fridge or coffee machine – they want you to spend spend spend in their hotel.

The pool area was VERY busy – I think mainly with people from the RV park. From our room you had to take two different lifts to the pool area!

I would stay again, but only if travelling with young people.
