“Ignore the honky-tonk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013

This was our second family visit. I must admit that the first was a disappointment, perhaps too many little things didn't go quite right. The second trip was better because we didn't expect too much, we ignored the souvenir tinsel and enjoyed the hotel experience in its own right. When we arrived, one room was cold, the heating was out of order. We phoned and a cheerful maintenance engineer appeared almost immediatelly. He took the mechanism apart and showed the young schoolboys in the family exactly what had gone wrong. The boys were delighted. It was this attention to customer-satisfaction that really made the visit. It was only an overnight stop on the way to the Coast, so we just had a snack supper, an excellent night's sleep and a quick breakfast. The whole family was 100% satisfied. In a sense, we treated the place like a motel-stop; the check-in and the parking were easy and convenient, and we have no complaints.

Room Tip: I think that the higher up one of the tower blocks the better.

In town for a youth soccer tournament and chose to move to Circus Circus for our 2nd night due to the options available for children. Managed to secure an awesome rate and the kids had a blast at Adventuredome!

stayed there jan 18-25,nice rooms, clean.Ongoing 3+ years now and getting worse-sewer gas stink as you enter casino or leave thru slots of fun exit.Spoke to the staff about it,stated mgmt was working on it.They pump deodorizer in the air to mask it,makes it worse.Either they need to do the repair or call it a day and close the place.I dont kno how the employees who work in that area stand it.Would like to stay there again due to reasonable charges and nice rooms but will certainly look elsewhere but unable to gamble there due to smell.

Casino tower rooms were very updated, and clean. This is the only place some what appropriate for children and geared towards families in Las Vegas. I would recommend to a friend with children. Take lots of hand sanitizer, and have fun.

We've stayed here several times. Just can't beat the price. Most recently here for the SHOT show. Rooms are clean and quiet. Fairly far North on the strip for walking, but conventions usually have shuttles. The buffet was "edible" but not recommended. We were frustrated that a "resort fee" was tacked on to the online price we got from Travelocity. Maybe book directly from their website next time.

Everything was wonderful, had a great time. We loved the hotel and the people, very friendly. There was 6 of us total and everyone had alot of fun. Next time maybe we would like to take our kids with us, it seems like Las Vegas has become more Kid friendly and there are more things for kids to do instead of just stay in the hotel room. We would love to come back again with the whole family.

This place is Big! like the rest of vegas. you can get lost in here for 2 days.. I liked the kids friendly atmosphere. It is a larg hotel, so its gets pretty crowded. I stayed for two days. The room was comfortable.. some little things need improvment in the room.. my hot water was on the wrong side in the bathroom sink (room). the carpet needs improvment, and the cleaning ladies need a refreasher on cleaning. no tip for them. I did not like the casino, it is not well ventalated, and smells alot of smoke. For a kid-friendly place tis should be improved, perhaps have a smoking designated area, where the kids do not pass through. But really, there should be no smoking where there is any possibility of children walking around ! In the arcarde is smells like smoke also, all the smoke comes up from the floors below,.
