My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay Oct. 18 -23. We checked in at 12:30 p.m. and the check- in lines weren't very long. We were able to use the Platinum line and we were up in our room by 12:45 p.m. (However, an hour later the check-in line was very long). We upgraded to the Augustus Tower for $50 a day and were so surprised at how spacious the room was. The bathroom was huge. I used the ironing board one day and set it up in the bathroom and still had room for 8 people. We had 2 queen beds, a sitting area with a loveseat, chair, coffee table & end table, a dining table with nice comfortable chairs.

All the employees of Caesars that we came in contact with (the front desk, housekeeping, cocktail waitresses, waiters, Bellman, etc. were very nice. They also have a good selection of restaurants and great location!

We will definitely be staying at Caesars on our next Vegas trip.

After staying in vegas for two days last year we decided to come back for longer this year. Arrived at caesar's late afternoon and checked in within a few minutes. Did the $20 tip at reception, asked if any complimentary up grades were available and got a Palace Tower room over looking the pool area. Large room, huge bathroom and all spotless. We didn't eat here as we had heard it was expensive for what you got but did have a lovely english breakfast at Planet Hollywood in the forum shops with endless coffee and tea for two for less than $30, it set you up for the day. Ate at the grand cafe lux at the pallazo...massive portions, lots of choice and very reasonable. The pool area looked great but unfortunately the weather was against us. This is a great hotel conveniently place on the strip I would recomend it to any one.

First time in Vegas. Booked a midweek package to see Bette Midler which included room and theatre tickets. Without asking Joanie at the front desk said she would take care of us and that she did...we were upgraded to a Forum room and our show tickets were upgraded from rear orchestra to front orchestra. I scored some real points with my wife. Caesars Palace is one of the only hotels I have stayed in where the front desk person calls to make sure the room is ok. Pools looked great but no time to use them. They treat you like they appreciate your business and want you back again. And we will be.

We have been to Las Vegas quite a few times, and always try a different hotel. This was our 1st time at Caesars' and we were delighted with it. Our (Augustus Tower) room was lovely. Room serivice was excellent and the 2 restaurants we used were great too, the best being Nero's. My only gripe was the 40 minute wait to check in. They REALLY need to do something about that. But next time we're in Las Vegas, we will return to Caesars'.
