Overall is good. It's little noisy if the room facing the pool, the music will wake you up if you try to wake up late after a long night. It's very hard to get a connecting rooms even request two weeks before arrive.

Room Tip: Make sure get the newest tower.

When you think of Las Vegas you think of Caesars Palace, the iconic hotel of this gamblers paradise.

We were so excited to be staying here but what a huge disappointment it was. We got there late in the afternoon and 3 of our 4 rooms still weren't ready for us to occupy. The only room which was was ours. Then to add insult to injury we were told that breakfast wasn't included in our stay even though we had paid for it. We were told to take this up with the booking agent. The room was shabby, with tired chipped paint and scuff marks on the walls. The furniture was dated, the bed had no headboard and a huge 2 foot gap at the pillow end which meant that our pillows got lost each night. The bathroom had mould in the shower. We ate in the hotel twice but the food was awful, especially the Gordon Ramsey restaurant.

On the upside, the shopping was wonderful and the scene in the forum area was out of this world. The casinos allow smoking so we as non smokers found this unpleasant and stayed away.

I definitely would go back to Vegas as it's totally awesome but I wouldn't go back to this hotel unless it had a total upgrade and refurbishment. There are far better ones to stay in

Room Tip: Stay at the Venetian, it looks much nicer

I had an excellent time during my stay at Caesar's Palace There was a lot to see and the pools were especially amazing. I had a fun time with the friendly casino employees and also enjoyed some good food.

First, they have the best buffet in Vegas. Really really good! Second, this hotel is right in the middle of the strip so it's a great location. One of the best things for the women is that there is a mall connected to it "Forum Shops"

Rooms are clean and up to date. Only bad thing is...if you are going with a group, you might end up on different sides of the casino. They have different towers and this is what happened to our group.

We had a great time.We were there for the President's party.
The food and entertainment were great. It is always fun to take part in the
drawings. The ballroom and showgirls were beautiful. Nice table companions.

I have been to vegas several times and usually stay off the strip at the Red Rock Casino and Spa (RRC&S). Having a nice gym, with access to beautiful sauna's, steam, whirl pools and spa services etc., is one of the things I love the most about Vegas. This time I thought I would try the strip (I had stayed there before, but not for awhile). I researched best spa's in vegas, and the majority said Qua at Caesars. So, that is where I went. Here is what was disappointing:
1. Unlike RRC&S, the required $25 "resort fee" per room does not get you into the sauna, steam and roman baths etc..it doesn't even get you a locker or shower. It gets you a smelling small work out room with cheap equipment. It is an additional $25 per person per day to get a shower, a locker and access to spa facilities (not services, just facilities.
2. After paying the extra, those spa facilities (sauna, steam, whirl pool, plunge pool, the much acclaimed artic room) are far inferior to RRC&S facilities. Not only quality, but cleanliness, ambiance, attendants who kept the floors dry and everything neat and clean and eager to fulfill any need and friendliness. I had to search the whole area three times to locate an attendant at Casear's-- and actually, I never did locate her, I ended up getting what I needed from a different employee who happened to be passing through.
3. the room: was not as nice as RRS&C--it smelled of mildew and the carpet in the hall ways was patched with black electrical tape (this is suppose to be a luxury hotel).
4. friendliness:I needed to report a non-working lamp and later ask some questions by calling the front desk. I think I called three times total, each time the person on the other end was curt, impatient and behaved as if I was annoying them by calling.
5. One of those calls was to find out if the $35 food and beverage credit could be used on the day of check out because we arrived at 11:00 PM exhausted (it was 2:00am our time) , but were staying until 10:30 PM the day were checking out. THe front desk said no, that we had to have our food and beverage put on the room before midnight that check in evening or lose it. Out of annoyance we dragged ourselves down stairs to order a meal we neither wanted or could eat.

Bottom line--very average experience, did not feel nearly as welcomed, pampered, appreciated or comfortable as RRC&S. So unless you MUST be on the strip--RRC&S wins hands down! PS, last time I was at RRC&S i left a trip advisor review that said it was not quite as good as it once was, that was true, but compared to Caesars, it was amazing even with that slight decline.

Room Tip: once you book, keep going back on line to check prices, they change daily and if you call reservatio...
