My stay at Caesars was my third time in Vegas but the first in one of the main strip hotels. Previously I'd stayed at the Palace Station and the Stratosphere purely due to budget / costs.
On this trip we decided to push the boat out a little and stay at Caesars, and what a difference !
Sure the price is higher, but the quality and service is first rate. The decor of the hotel / casino and the pool at the back is truely stunning.
As the hotel is on the strip, it makes getting around relatively easy.
While we were here we hired a car from the in-hotel rental desk, which was trouble free, and visited Death Valley - which is a couple of hours away.
The only negative point was trying to get a decent (value) breakfast. The economy restaurant serving breakfast is awful and over priced for what you get. There's a resturant off the strip ( 5 min walk ) - which is much better value for money.
Other than that, highly recommeded.
