My husband has a business forum every September, I tagged along. The staff is very professional, helpful as well as charming. I am a distance runner, every morning I was greeted before my run and returned to bottled water and smiles! The pool area is beautiful and accommodating . The waitstaff and pool attendants are super nice. Our room was perfectly lovely. And if you have a chance to dine at Rao's, you will be be so satisfied and satiated! The host, Frankie is first class bar none! I am so looking forward to next September!

The most disappointing thing about our stay was not getting the rooms we reserved. After reading reviews I knew to be prepared for the possibility of Caesars changing your room at check in. Being armed with this information I did everything that I knew to do to make sure we got the rooms we booked. Unfortunately, checking in on Thursday (before the crowd on Friday), making reservations 5 months out, and checking in at 3:00 PM still made no difference. This was a major big deal for me because I was traveling with 4 senior citizens who could barely walk and are in need of wheelchairs on long stretches. The guy checking us in, wish I knew his name, was very non personal. He was older with gray hair, mustache, and glasses. He said very little, but when he did he fed us bull information. He was trying to convince me that our rooms would be great for the handicap people I was with. Oh by the way, I'm a diamond player, but don't think that means anything at Caesars.
The rooms we got, in the Palace tower, were okay. Maid service was excellent! The walk is horrible for anyone who is not in shape.
The new buffet is worth trying if you have free comps. A few dishes were excellent, but most were average in my opinion.
Felt like the casino was tight. This was our first visit ever to Vegas so we chose to stay for 6 nights. Although Caesars had a great selection of new slots, I have had better times in Biloxi MS. The main reason for this trip to Vegas was to gamble. We played everyday, all day with very little sleep. We played mainly the $1 machines, but some quarters and pennies too. Oddly enough, the pennies machines at Caesars appeared looser than the $1 slots. We went off the strip and played too. Although the machines appeared a bit looser off the strip they weren't being played enough. The casino we found that was best to play at was the Tropicana, located down the street from Caesars. Just wish we had discovered Tropicana sooner. It's very bright, cheery, and has a great casino lay out.
On our next trip to Vegas, if there is another one, we will be making Tropicana our home away from home. I will leave Caesar Palace to the seven stars and for those who don't mine paying $20 for a hamburger and fries.

Flew into Vegas to see Celine Dion and was only in town for twelve hours.Men drinking from cans of beer on what was going to be a boys out of the town bash was a bit of a dampener as they were loud and crass with behavior.Apart from this the hotel was fantastic- large room in Octavius Tower with a lovely view- big rooms and bathroom.Did not really use amenities due to lack of time however I enjoyed the ambience of Caesars-staff were helpful and friendly. At least this made up for the disappointing Celine performance that was interrupted by technical difficulties-gutted after traveling half way around the world to see!!!!!!

The check in is very disorganized it more the a few people at once, no line structure just people and luggage everywhere. The room forum tower remodel rooms are nothing special, the pictures are accurate. The shower leaked on the bathroom floor and the hotel staff fix was give me a bath mat to soak up the water. So they think get out of a shower and step on a wet tiled floor is acceptable. There are many hotels in this price range.

The only positive was the buffet, the food is cooked in small quanities keeping very fresh. Lots of selection and great staff.

Room Tip: If you are going to book a room select the high end rooms and check if the have a view.

I went in december and it was cooler than usually but the room was really cold. I took the blankets from both beds but was still cold.

I had a room in the Forum section and it was dented but at least clean. I knew what to expect. I did switch rooms though, since the cleaning staff cleaned a room at 2 in the night, screaming loadly on the phone in the meanwhile. Not what I would expect.

The front desk staff was nice but otherwise the staff was a bit rude but the worst thing was all the fees. The Internet access was supposedly terrible. I never bought it but fellow conference participants who paid said it was really slow if working. But worst of all: a fee for receiving packages. Not that they said that you got a package. Not that it brought it to the room. No 5 dollars per package for having to know that it arrived, go and inquire and then return half an hour later to pick it up.

Room Tip: The newer sections are nicer, if you're willing to pay extra.

We live in Las Vegas and love to go down to the strip for little getaways. We were shocked that when we got to Caesars at 12:30 pm we were told that the room was available but it would cost us a $25.00 early check in charge because it was before 3:00 pm. No other hotel has EVER done that to us when we get there early. Because of that, we will not stay at Caesars Palace ever again. The hotel was nice and the pool was absolutely beautiful! But there are other hotels we have stayed in that are just as nice (for the same price) and we have checked in as early as 11:00 am without being charged. I feel this is another way to make a buck just like the airlines charging for check baggage. It is just wrong! That is why they only got an average rating.

Stayed with my wife in hotel during tour of USA was not what I expected.
We have stayed in other Las Vegas hotels and found this was well below par compared with the others, the room had dividing doors on each side which had massive gaps underneath and our neighbours liked to party staring from around 3am and you could hear everything they were doing, the room was very dusty, the sink was cracked and the rooms needed a big make over to bring them up to scratch.
The whole hotel smelt of cigarette smoke even the rooms as it seems everyone using the slots had to chain smoke.
The layout of the hotel however cannot be faulted with the shopping etc and should rightly be praised for how they have done it, the location is right at the hub of everything going on in the city, the staff were brilliant and very helpful each time we got lost.
No coffee making facilities in the room due to the fact they want you out of it playing the machines, bath, shower, TV in bathroom, hair dyer, iron and ironing board, safe in bathroom.
The room was the only thing that let the hotel down but what the heck we were only sleeping there.

Room Tip: Great location for concerts etc.
