“Must do Fountain View! Nice stay, Average Value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

The Bellagio is world famous for the strip fountain and class of hotel. It is amazing inside from the lobby, to the dining, and the room accommodations; first class all the way. Rooms can be expensive though. So, for value, you get what you are willing to pay for. We slept perfectly and were not disturbed by anything. If you stay at Bellagio, you HAVE to get a fountain view room (obviously a strip view is included). You tune your TV to the fountain channel and can hear the music as the fountains go off. The night views of the fountain from high up are beautiful. We probably sat at the window and watched the show 30 times.

The staff was friendly but I didn't see anyone going above and beyond. The hotel location is nice with it being central on the strip. Like any of the 'first class' hotels, betting minimums at table games are high. Rarely under $20 bet minimums, weekends are higher. I usually stay in first class accommodations and gamble at the small gambling halls nearby.

Room Tip: Fountain View- usually an upgrade price and can be guaranteed.

Me and my girlfriend, both 21, treated ourselves to one night in a fountain room in the Bellagio to see out our Vegas holiday and we were not disappointed! The room was massive with lovely decor on the floor and behind the bed. An amazing view of the Strip and fountains at night as well as curtains that open at the push of a button! Largest bathroom I've ever stayed in and a shower which gives you the option to sit down. Overall an amazing hotel and well worth the money if you're looking for something a bit special

Complete Luxury. Amazing hotel with a big casino floor. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Beautiful Botanical Garden. Splendid Spa Service (one of the best you can have but only if you are staying at the hotel). Nice Restaurants within property. Service was a bit let down, need to work on that.

My wife and I have been to Vegas many times, and visited Bellagio often to see the glass sculptures, the garden conservatory, the art gallery, and yes--to play in the casino. This time we decided to stay at Bellagio for the first time. The one bad thing about that is that it completely ruins our chances of ever wanting to stay elsewhere in Vegas again. The guest experience at Bellagio was nothing short of remarkable. Every staff person, from front desk, to concierge, to phone operators, to housekeeping staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. The room furnishings, the comfort levels, the luxury, the bathroom--I could go on and on--were all superb. The cleanliness and housekeeping standards deserve special recognition. This has got to be one of the best hotels not just in Vegas, but in the world.

Room Tip: We had a corner. This is a bit bigger (according to the front desk) than other rooms but entailed q...

What is your reaction when you hear the receptionist tell you - this is Vegas and we are here to make money. That sums up the whole philosophy of the management of this hotel.

We were eligible for an upgrade and the receptionist kept telling us not to opt for a suite but for a fountain view room. We could never understand why? It is not as if you stand at the windows and keep seeing the fountains for hours. We succumbed to her persuasion and regretted later.

The casino floor is amazing and is always buzzing. We loved the fact that they hired senior citizens to man the tables. But at some time, it may have been a treat to the eyes to see young blood too at the tables, which was always missing.

We tried every restaurant at the Bellagio, and were quite satisfied, except for the buffet, which we thought was quite a waste.

The coffee shop is manned by senior citizens and I bow to the ladies who instead of leading a retired life are still working, to keep themselves busy.

Would we use recommend the Bellagio? That is a million dollar question. They are in a service industry and need to change themselves pretty fast to reach the levels of a luxury hotel or just satisfy themselves with a 5 star branding.

Room Tip: Opt for the fountain view rooms

The location is perfect ,service is poor ,more than 100 guest arrived at night and 3 reception staff serving them ,We got 75 $ Food coupon including our booking no one in the hotel know how to use it,it took one hour jumping between 4 employees and waiting for another hours waiting at 3 check out desk to solve this issue,AC in the rooms is weak specially at noon and after noon room is hot .
Ballagio cafe is bad in service and quality while we were sitting having our dinner the waiter came with the bill because he dont want to leave without his tip he dont care if you will stay longer or need to order again but you have to pay him on his time because he is leaving .
