We returned to the Bellagio for a four night stay after staying at the Venetian for the past few years. I have always loved the fountains so I made sure to request a fountain side room and paid for the upgrade of $70 per night. The hotel and interior are still beautiful and well kept as were the rooms. The guest rooms were much smaller than the Venetian though.

I loved the bed and slept very comfortably each night. I enjoyed my fountain view room until I overheard two other guests comment that they tipped the check in clerk $20 for the upgrade when I paid $70 per night for three nights!

The casino is much more upscale than other hotels on the strip and the smoke is not overwhelming as it is in other places. The staff was wonderful throughout the hotel. Be sure to have a drink in Hyde one night to see the fountains up close. Most of my meals were through the convention center - buffet style and average. I did enjoy a plentiful and inexpensive breakfast at the Cafe Bellagio.

I enjoyed my stay but think when I return I will revisit the Venetian which had fewer tourists, bigger rooms and incredible food.

Room Tip: I love requesting fountain view rooms but I think you can get the same room in the Tower without pay...

We value your feedback and appreciate the time you took to share your review. It is wonderful to hear how much you continue to enjoy the beauty and magic of the fountains! Based on hotel availability, our staff may honor complimentary upgrades for our guests, however, we recommend booking a fountain view to ensure you receive this request. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the view of the fountains from Hyde. This is certainly one of the best places to have the best upfront view! We genuinely appreciate your patronage and hope to have the chance to serve you again in the near future.

Before we left England we were advised that the hotel was in need of refurb. So, when we arrived we were so relieved to find it was Fantastic! The only area we didn't like was the Buffett restaurant which was def in need of refurb. Didn't like that area at all. Everywhere else was jaw dropping and we couldn't believe how fantastic this hotel is. The fountains are fabulous. Can't say more.

It is wonderful to hear how much you enjoyed our hotel. We recently remodeled all of our guest rooms and suites in the Spa Tower and are pleased that you enjoyed them! We apologize that you were not satisfied with our buffet. We are always looking for ways to enhance our guest’s experience and will certainly share your comments with our team in an effort for improvements to be made for the future.

Arrived around 7.30 pm and to our surprise there was nobody else at the check in desk - check in was smooth- it is worth asking for an upgrade as we did and ended up on the 23rd floor in a fountain view room which was fantastic -really comfy bed- robes included and was kept very clean by housekeeping who visit twice a day. We used the pool and jacuzzi (open 9-4) twice - towels are available and only Bellagio guests are allowed to use it- we ate at Cafe Bellagio once pricy but very nice and the buffet twice -plenty of choice - The Conservatory was decorated for the Chinese New Year and was lovely. On my husbands 50th birthday we had booked a trip through Papillon Helicopters to the Grand Canyon and were picked up by limo in the underground lobby at the hotel and had a fantastic time. We finished the day off by attending 'O' by Cirque de Soleil in the hotel theatre and it is a show nobody should miss. There is a free tram ride at the back of the Bellagio which goes to the Monte Carlo - via the Aria and is worth using. It was our first visit to Vegas and it was an exerience we will never forget !

Room Tip: 23rd floor is non smoking and the fountain view room room we had was very quiet

The modern and stylish room with the floor to ceiling windows, electronic shades, down comforter and feather pillows plus the undisturbed view of the strip makes the room absolutely breath taking! My only complaint is the bathroom was not up to my standards for cleanliness and one light switch didn't work, but otherwise everything was superb. The view from the lounge Hyde is one of the best I've ever seen, but be prepared for rude bartenders and bouncers.

A beautiful resort property that is only tarnished by it's massive scale and hoardes of visitors. The rooms come in a variety of types and locations and in my opinion the sophistication of Wynn's Lakeside Italian Villa concept is still the one to beat in Vegas. It is a marvelous property that is a bit overcrowded but the rooms are clean and well appointed. It is a bit pricey for what you recieve, but, it has some class offerings if you can afford it.

Great place to stay. Appreciated the tram service to other hotels/ casino/shows. Recommend it highly. We went to the Circ de Solei show O and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also saw the new BLUE MAN group show at the Monte Carlo. Great weekend.
