“Very nice, polite staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

I stayed at the Bellagio, in a deluxe room, with a friend for 3 nights. The room was beautiful, very clean and we were offered turn down service each night in addition to daily cleaning that was always done discreetly. We never had staff knocking on our door to get in and change out towels. They always waited until we were out and about before slipping in and straightening up which is something I appreciate. The hotel staff in the restaurants, and generally throughout, we're helpful and polite. Security was excellent and no one was allowed near the elevators that didn't have a room key. I cannot really say enough about the amazing restaurants and lounges, they were wonderful and the food/drinks were amazing. I would definitely return to the Bellagio if going to Vegas.

We arrived at the hotel and just could not believe the queue to check-in, although I must say that they went down very quickly. We had requested a top floor and were given a spectacular room on the top (26th) floor overlooking the back of the hotel - towards Sunset - overlooking Caesar's Palace and The Rio. Unfortunately, the generators were directly above us and were very noisy, so we complained and were immediately (and without any trouble) given a lower floor (9th)- although we now had a brilliant view of the The Stripe and those amazing Fountains! Well worth it. We did not find this floor in the least noisy and the view of Paris and the fountains was lovely to wake up to. The Bellagio is enormous and was very busy but then we were there during the holiday season so it was to be expected. We found the room (and hotel) very clean, spacious and airy. Our room had recently been refurbished and it was decorated in very neutral shades. The hotel (like all the other key hotels in Vegas) was enormous and every passageway seemed to lead to the Casino, which I found fascinating! There was a wonderful patisserie that we frequented far too much - but the cakes and coffee were wonderful after a full days sight-seeing. The hotel staff are extremely helpful. I found it amazing that you could be sitting there in jeans and tee-shirt and could be walking next to someone in ball gown and tiara - but neither of us looked out of place. The dress code is what YOU are comfortable in. Eating out is again what YOU want. There are cheap outlets like McDs, middle of range like Planet Hollywood and of course, those wonderful fine dining restaurants. All sit alongside each other in equal harmony. We were there 6 nights and managed to fit in everything we wanted to see. The Bellagio is central to all of the Strip as it is bang in the middle. We used the Showtime Shuttle from the Airport to get to the Bellagio, but used the Hotel shuttle to get back. We only used the Deuce bus and the mono-rail to get about. The Deuce also takes you to Freemont Street and the Stratosphere. I would definitely recommend booking some trips. You can get discounted seats on the Strip. We used a company called Viator (on the web) and found them even cheaper! Penn & Teller at the Rio is a must - as well as The Grand Canyon. We went to the West Rim and booked in at the Ranch for a real Cowboy lunch using a company called Airbridge. Very safe and Big O (Orlando) was a great tour guide. All in all - one fab experience and would I go back? Yes, in an instant!

Room Tip: Request a room overlooking the Fountains. We found the 26th floor to be a little noisy due to the g...

We have just returned from 5 nights at the Bellagio and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Vegas and the Bellagio was recommended to us as it is well located (middle of The Strip) and is a beautiful hotel. It lived up to our expectations - it was by far the best hotel we saw on The Strip. The decor is tasteful and elegant throughout. There is a fair amount of natural light including the beautiful conservatory area (many hotels on the Strip are dark and dingy). The service was excellent throughout our stay. We really could not fault this hotel in any way. Definitely the best option in Las Vegas and good value for money.

I took a trip with some girlfriends to see Celine Dion and we decided to book at Bellagio. So happy that we did! Loved the lobby with the beautiful blown flower scuplture. So lovely, even though the place is huge the signage is great. We had two standard ajoining queen rooms. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spotless. It was great having the two rooms together, felt like we were in a suite. Really beautiful rooms. The spa was amazing. We all had massages and just hung out before and after enjoying the whirlpools and comfy sitting areas. I even showered and did my hair and makeup there while my friend went up to room to do hers. If you go you must have a spa treatment. You will love it. We ate at the cafe 2 times. The food was great. They have their own bakery at the hotel, you just cant believe how good the bread is. My friend and I shared a turkey burger on a whole grain kaiser roll. Delicious. I had just a great time, can not wait to take my husband. If you are going to see Celine, this is the place to stay. Just a short walk to Cesa

Myself and two friends were originally staying at the MGM Grand on this holiday , however with 3 days to go we had a good win and decided to upgrade to a penthouse suite. Unfortunatley the MGM had nothing available so we went to The Bellagio. We checked into a Penthouse suite which can only be described as Luxurious. The room had 1 lounge , 1 kitchenette , 3 WC'S , 1 bedroom , 1 shower/steam room and 1 spa bath. We had what the hotel calls a sunset view , this is really a mountain view with a view of the rio and orleans. The furnishings in the room were all high quality and very comfortable. The casino at the Bellagio was fantastic. There was so much to choose from it was brilliant. There really was something for everybody wether it be table play or slots. Guests like ourselves who stopped in a penthouse suite received a que jump pass for the buffett restaraunt. This was a very good idea as sometimes the que get very large , sometimes up to and above a half an hour wait. Its not hard to see why the selection of food really is fabulous and the quality is very high. There is something for everybody at the buffett wether you like steak or fish , italianor chinese. The deserts are little pieces of heaven and really appeal to those with a sweet tooth. To get to our room you had to use your keycard in the lift which was a nice touch and really gives you a good sense of security. The housekeeping team were very attentive and would check on our room twice a day to make sure we wanted for nothing. The room service was always very good , the staff would lay out our meals and drinks on our table and then come and clean up almost straight away. When we were not eating or gamnling we were either by the pool or watching the dazzling fountains. The pool area was very nice and relaxed and the waiting on staff were very attentive. The Fountains really are a must see. At first I wasnt really interested but after seeing the fountains in action I was amazed at just how spectacular they were. I could watch them for hours. I really cannot put into words how good this hotel was , all i can say is I am already booked to go back there again next year again in a penthouse.

You never need to leave this hotel! I stayed in a front-facing room on the second-to-top floor and it was outstanding. The rooms have been newly renovated, I would say. The rooms are well sound proofed which is important in the front as the fountains make quite a noise. The hotel food is excellent, especially the breakfast buffet which is out of this world! The choice of food is dazzling. Every square inch of the hotel is air conditioned and you need to walk through the casino area to get to your rooms - temptation, temptation, temptation - everywhere, and for all your vices. Takes some time to get checked in, but once done, anything you want is available. You are right on the Strip and so there is no more fun to be had in Las Vegas than at the Bellagio.

Room Tip: Get a front-facing room - it is worth it for the fountain display alone!

The Bellagio may be a little smaller than most hotels on the strip but its classic and beautiful. It was very busy when we arrived but check in was swift and efficient. The room was gorgeous and so comfortable! The bathroom was huge and there were loads of great complimentry toiletries. The lady at the concierge desk so helpful and courteous, she went out of her way to find a place that was showing a particular sporting event my husband really wanted to watch. He is forever grateful!
The fountain show outside which the hotel is famous for is truly spectacular, no matter how many times you watch it, it never gets old!! Definately one of the top Vegas attractions. The location couldnt be better, its right in the heart of the strip. The casino is good but when it was busy it was near impossible to get a drink, a few more cocktail waiters wouldnt go amiss! The only thing i really disliked about this hotel was that there was no personal touch you were just another number, just another dollar sign but hey its Las Vegas what do you expect!? In saying that i would have no problem staying in this hotel again.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Bellagio during your recent visit to Las Vegas. It is wonderful to hear that our Five Diamond Concierge staff was able to efficiently assist your husband in locating where he could watch the specific sporting event he was looking for. We will be sure to share his gratitude and commend our staff for making his day more pleasant! We apologize for any delay for beverage service in our casino. We will share your comments in an effort to make improvements. We assure you we always try to go above and beyond our guest’s expectations, even during peak business times, and we regret to hear that you did not feel a personable touch from our staff.
