The only luxury in Las Vegas that is discrete located within the center of everything and NOT overstimulating.
Las Vegas can be noisy and smokey: often - that's why the destination is so popular, but if you need to enter a lobby where you don't have to pass through a casino and the smoke and noise associated with the casino - stay here. Stay here anyway, you'll get respite from the fray of the strip but still close to all that is "party time." The pools and the spa are the best in Vegas and the staff is protective and accommodating. You won't wait more than a few minutes at the lobby for a cab and you never feel like you are inches away from the best entertainment.

Room Tip: On the "flip" side of Mandalay Bay there are no rooms overlooking the airport and the Four...

The service at FS Las Vegas was absolutely top notch! Every staff member was extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. We stayed Labor Day weekend and experienced the best service I've ever received, hands down.
The pool is great and service is on par with what you would receive with a cabana rental at most Las Vegas hotels without the additional cost. Pool entrance is next to elevators so even staying on the 38th floor it's easy access from room to pool. Hotel grounds, room, and common areas were all clean, inviting, and gorgeous. Truly a serene, relaxing hotel, especially by Vegas standards. We loved it here, could not stay anywhere else in Vegas in the future. Thank you so much to all of the staff who made our stay pleasant and memorable!
Tips: They have room service amenities available for delivery to room at reasonable rates, this helped make the stay special. They're not published, email the concierge. Floors 38 and 39 have a Michael Jackson One advertisement over the windows, partially obstructing the view so you may want to request 35-37. We had the lowest room category, superior, and the room was amazing! We really liked the view of all the pools and watching the parties at Daylight pool/club from the room. If you need cash for Mandalay Bay, avoid the ATM fees and FS front desk will cash a personal check up to $300. Hop into the spa and grab a lotion sample to smell like the candles they are burning in there, smells great!
Again, thank you FS LV staff, you are the best!

The service we received at the Four Season was fabulous, we were greeted by the valets and assisted with our luggage. Upon check in, front desk staff was extremely pleasant, actually walk with us part of the way to the elevators (elevators are a distance from lobby). We booked a Superior Room (Room 36322) that actually had a partial view of the Strip (not much of the lights at night), this was okay as this was not our first trip to Vegas. The room was very nicely decorated though on the small side. Closets are on the small size and one holds the iron which makes it even smaller. There is a nice selection of snacks and a fully stocked refrigerator (no room for you to add your own stuff, in fact you will be charged if opening the door, you can be credited for that though) Rooms are serviced twice a day, we were lucky the ice machine was close by, while we received ice in the evening but not during the day. The bathroom was very roomy with both shower and bathtub. Hair dryer, makeup mirror and robes available. The usual shampoo, conditioner, soap and bath gel were available, not sure of the brand but it said it was lemon sorbet scent, but smelled like cigarette smoke and rosemary to me. (Didn't use them.) There is wireless Internet capabilities in the room. I am pretty picky about beds and this one was very comfortable. As other have stated this is a non-gaming hotel so there are no casino noises which makes it a nice break. There is special access door to the Mandalay Bay's casino for Four Seasons guest. The hotel's private pool was nice, we were greeted, asked if we old like chair covers for the loungers we were going to use. They also delivered a pitcher of ice water to us without being asked. There was another attendant handing out frozen snicker bites. There is room service available as well as restaurants, Verandah Cafe, Charlie Palmer's and Press (really a bar/lobby lounge). Husband enjoyed his visit to the spa for a massage stated there was ice water and tidbits available, had used the sauna room. Four Seasons will be on our list of hotels worth return visits.

Stayed at a Four Seasons hotel for the first time.
On checking reviews on Tripadvisor it was a toss up between this hotel and the Mandarin Oriental. We chose this Hotel as we were travelling with our 10 year old son and wanted a hotel without gaming.
Check in was not particularly smooth with some confusion about our room (receptionist said My computer has frozen )so we took a seat and waited about 25mins. When we finally got to our allocated room it was obvious that it was nowhere near big enough to accommodate a 10 year old and allow us to be able to get out of bed. The porter called reception and after a discussion we were allocated a room with a roll away bed which was a non strip view room but was fab and very large.
The hotel itself is tastefully finished and is accessed from the Mandalay Bay. It has to be said that as soon as you go through that door from the Mandalay bay the atmosphere completely changes to one of peace and serenity.
The decision to opt for this hotel above the Mandarin Oriental was taken due to the Mandalay pool access for our son. This does give you the best of both worlds as you can use the Four Seasons quieter pool if you wish as well as the wave and lazy river pool at the Mandalay Bay.
The pool staff at the four seasons were not on the ball enough in our opinion. On visiting the Four Seasons quiet pool we helped ourselves to towels. We then had a look at the menu and waited for someone to order with no one coming for about 20 mins. I approached the bar and my son followed and was told he could not stand by the bar because of his age which was fair enough and I ordered some drinks and told the barman that I wanted to order food. He then bought the drinks over and said that the girl will come and take Take your order. We then waited for another 20 mins and I finished up going to the bar myself and ordered the food. When the food came it was excellent. Now this may sound picky but the pool staff were the only staff in this hotel that failed to greet me on occasions and could be seen a couple of times chatting amongst themselves when there was clearly work to be done.
The Gym is very well equipped but there is no rowing machine which I would have liked. The staff here were attentive every time I visited.
The oriental looking girl on the concierge desk (sorry did not get her name) was the most efficient hotel front of staff I have ever encountered and deserves a mention.
Would We stay here again if we visited Vegas - Yes but when you are paying a premium rate it should be near perfect and it was not so this will be reflected in my score. Pool staff take note - you are there to help people have a great holiday - try harder.

Room Tip: Tell them if you are not happy as they are very approachable.

We are honored to have been your hotel of choice during your first visit to Las Vegas, as we realize there are many hotels from which to choose. This was the final stop on our honeymoon road trip and we received a warm welcome after an epic tiring car journey. The fact that this is a casino-less hotel makes it a wonderful haven from the noisy, frantic Strip madness. This is the first time I've stayed at a Four Seasons hotel and I was impressed at the slick operation of pretty much everything. The housekeeping team are like ninjas, you rarely see them!
We took the option of upgrading our room to a strip view, I highly recommend you do this if you get the chance.
Rooms were fantastic and the beds were comfiest I've slept in for a long while.

For me, the staff really make this hotel quite special. From the cheerful and friendly pool attendants to the ever helpful reception staff. I fell ill the day before we were due to depart and the staff were great in finding a local doctor, arranging a taxi, checking I was ok, supplying water and arranging a complimentary late checkout so I could sleep and let my medication kick in before the flight. I'm so grateful for their help I really can't thank them enough.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a strip view room

Let me start this review by stating that it was with great anticipation that we revisited the Four Seasons. I have stayed at the hotel numerous times prior to the recent renovation and have passed through stages of intensifying disappointment.

First, the renovation is a significant step forward. The rooms look more modern, and the hotel introduced a much needed coffee shop/bar into the lobby. Interestingly, I think the renovation has also improved morale. It seems like people were a bit more attentive and proud of the facility.

However, I there is still something off about the service that leaves something to be desired. I'm not sure if it was the late and cold room service delivery, somewhat indifferent pool attendants, or housekeeping that isn't able to clean the room when requested. To be clear, this is a very solid hotel and a great alternative in Las Vegas. However, it does not measure up to other Four Seasons. The Mandarin Oriental remains the best choice for a luxury, non-gaming hotel in Las Vegas.

Thank you for visiting Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas on several occasions. While we certainly appreciate your loyalty, we are sorry that multiple stays have resulted in disappointment overall. The service you mention certainly isn't the type of service we aim to provide and we can understand your frustration. As we indicated in our direct message to you, our Hotel Manager, Sunil Narang, would welcome the opportunity to speak with you further about your experience. He greatly values guest feedback and looks forward to hearing from you soon.
