“A HUGE disappointment”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2012

In town for a convention has a team dinner at BO, and OMG it was the worst dining experience I have had in many, many years. So to start, they were out of half the items on the menu (not a good sign). No complaints on the drinks or wine list, in fact the wines we enjoyed were quite nice, unfortunately it was one of the few things we enjoyed. The wait staff was very good and tried very hard despite the fact that the kitchen did everything in its power to completely destroy the meal and our experience. The food was served cold. Dead cold. When we returned the food it was clear they just cut up what had just been served and attempted to re-heat it, yet is was still cold and the meat was dry and juice-less. It was pitiful. They took a couple meals off the bill. The managers would not even acknowledge the disaster they created, in fact they were complete and total neanderthals, no they weren't, actually, neanderthals probably would have handled the situation better. You would be wise to avoid this place.

“worst fine dining ever...”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2012

I wouldnt go here even if they cut their prices by half. After 3 days in vegas we wanted to make last night specail by enjoying a nice fine dining restaurant. but this was awful.. never go there again. food was bad, service was bad and to make it up they gave us free desert but it was also mediocre. A very mediocre place for too much price...

“If you receive a complimentary dinner - don't go here..”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 10, 2012

After spending a lot of money at the casino through gambling, we were assigned a host and we received a complimentary dinner at Bradley Ogden. Service was sooooooooo slow. We were sitting at the table for 15 minutes before we were asked for our drinks order... another 10 minutes for menus... another 20 minutes for orders... The restaurant closes at 10pm and we arrived at 8pm.. we ended up leaving at 11pm. Not because we ordered so much food, but because the service was painstakingly slow. I had the chicken - it was dry. I highly recommend spending your money someplace else.

“Average and pricey”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 10, 2012

Service was average, food was average. Presentation was pretty good, which must explain the high price of the meals.

“Worst Experience in Vegas”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2012

We were so excited to try this restaurant with all the awards in their showcase.
What a disappointment !!! Food was horrible. I ordered a chicken dish which I know is simple but I love a gourmet restaurant that serves natural chicken cooked at its finest. This one wasn't. The chicken was tough dry and tasteless. My husband had the diver scallops which were good but not exceptional. I did not find the atmosphere or service appealing in any way. Too bad they closed Neros next door which we did have a great meal at. They should have closed this place instead. I would be cautious of any good reviews of this establishment. They clearly do not give a darn about the customers dining experience.
