“Exceptional Service and Luxury Accomodations”

It is hard to associate the word value with the Palazzo because staying at the Prestige level is opulent. The service is amazing-can compare to boutique hotels in NYC. We look forward to our next trip and enjoying the luxurious immenities. Staying at the Palazzo and experiencing Prestige is an opportunity one should always take advantage to pamper yourself.

Met family on weekend at Palazzo in Las Vegas. 5 star hotel, disappointing, cleanliness of rooms an issue, felt more welcome in Venetian. Size of rooms very nice with sleeping and seating areas, lots of TV 's

The wifi in the room sucked - sometimes it was lightening fast, others it was dead or crawling. Besides that this place is fantastic, probably the best rooms (mini suites really) in Vegas - luxurious, sumptuous, beautifully furnished. Staff were outstanding - zero complaints.

Stayed here many times including our honeymoon. One of my favorite hotels anywhere. The amenities are amazing. You could eat at 30 restaurants without leaving the building. The rooms are HUGE complete with living room, dining table and desk. The bathroom is my favorite, complete with vanity.

Everything about the Palazzo is first class. I upgraded to Prestige club and the perks are worth the extra paid. Concierge is at your beck and call, service is outstanding, and people there are friendly. Great food, great people, great service. It's everything you can ask for in a hotel and more. Join the Grazie Players Club and if you can, spend a day at the Canyon Ranch Spa. This is THE place to stay when in Vegas!

Where do I start??? The moment I pulled up to Valet parking the Palazzo staff greeted us and made sure our needs were met. The check in process very smooth and quick. I cant say enough about the staff. The Grazie Players Club is a must. The perks are incredible. I've stayed at the Venetian and Palazzo my last few visits and will continue to do so. The Spa, Pool, and Suites are very clean and way beyond expectations. Prepared to be pampered.

My stay at the Palazzo was outstanding! It was like staying at two magnificent hotels at once with the proximity of the Venetian. The rooms were spacious and grand, the casino was a perfect size with a lot to offer and very clean. The shops and restaurants were bountiful and anywhere from casual to fine dining. The pool was fun with lots of great service and care and the spa is a wonderful experience. The hotel is in the middle of everything you would want on the strip. If you want a special treat and a great place to stay at a decent price the next trip to Las Vegas, try the Palazzo, you will not be disappointed.
