“Great Grand Canyon Tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2013

I booked this tour based on my research done on Trip Advisor. Yes,15 hours is a long day,but worth every minute. We were picked up by Chad, who was a wonderful guide and pleasant young man. It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas and an amazing site. Do not let the long day stop you from tis tour....after a good sleep we were ready to carry on with our holiday the next day and we are 60 years old!! We did the sunset tour.

“Colorado River Kayak Trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013

After managing to persuade my girlfriend that this was a better way to see the Hoover Dam, she was very thankful for my persistance! Starting at the base of the Dam, a place only tour groups/employees can get to, we get into Kayaks and drift down the river. As a couple we had a two man Kayak, with a rudder steered by the back seat occupant's feet, but single Kayaks are available. It was a completely calm stretch of river, which meant we could sit back and drift or put the effort in when we felt like it. We were blessed with great weather and no wind. Couple of stops at some natural hot springs, a great packed lunch supplied and a knowledgable, friendly, enthusiastic tour guide, Erik, made this a trip of a lifetime.

“Great Experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013

Grand canyon view was amazing, looks like a 3D picture right in front of us. The picnic lunch was great, sitting right in front of the canyon. Our tour guide Alfonso was very knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful to take pics for us. My group of 6 pax felt really worth the money spent on this tour.

Mr. Alfonso, (if you happen to see this), do contact me if you have a chance to come to Singapore for holidays! Big thanks for your service! =)

“Amazing Tour!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

For our first visit to the Grand Canyon, we decided to go with Grand Adventures after having great experiences with smaller tour groups in Europe. We were not at all disappointed! Our guide Tracey was absolutely awesome! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and even offered recommendations for recreation opportunities the next time we visit. Our small group set out in the wee hours of the morning, and even though the tour lasted all day, we did not want it to end! While the trip out to the South Rim takes some time, it is broken up by numerous stops at places such as the Hoover Dam and Selgiman, Arizona. However, with Tracey as our guide, it felt like the trip took no time at all. When we got to the canyon we were provided with an awesome lunch and then set out on a hike that took us to some of the most scenic vistas I have ever seen in my life. The best part was that since it is a small tour, we went to a part of the canyon that was less populated, so for most of the walk we were the only people around! By the time we claimed our sport to watch the sunset, we couldn't have asked for a better day. All in all I would recommend this tour to anyone with an adventurous spirit that wants to really see the Grand Canyon without being lured into the tourist traps. Thanks again Tracey, we will be back!!!!

“Best way to tour Grand Canyon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2013

We booked tour with Grand Adventures because we felt that a small group would be better. We were not disappointed. Our guide, Alex was with us the entire time. He had abundant knowledge and he loves his job. He was the best guide I had ever had. I would highly recommend this company for tours. They know what customers want and like and strive to make customers happy.
