The Miracle Mile mall on the Vegas strip was a pleasant surprise. It's been 3 years since my girlfriend and I last visited Las Vegas and I’m pretty sure this was new.
First off, it's very convenient, right on the strip between Paris and MGM. OK the prices in the mall were probably a little higher than say the Boulevard Mall or the Primm Fashion Outlet but it was convenient and certainly cheaper than the Fashion Show Mall north of Treasure Island. (My girlfriend thinks shopping is a sport, so we visited all 4 of these malls on our trip.)
I don't remember us buying too much merchandise at the stores here, but, it was convenient and clean. We ate here twice: we had a nice Italian dinner at Lombardi's (across from the "V" Theater) and a quick lunch at the Hawaiian Tropic Bar (at the north entrance).
It's certainly worth a look and it doesn't take a 45 minute bus trip or $15 cab fare to get there.
