We ate there early (5:30) just before going to see Celine Dion--and the dark, classy atmosphere was second only to the outstanding food and service. The table prepared caesar salad was incredible as was the entre (two in our party loved the sea bass and I must say the bone in rib eye was one of the best I have ever had. But the highlight may have been one of the world's best martini's, called BOA 405 (named after the California freeway). It's got a fresh strawberry base but even includes a drop of balsamic vinegar, which you can't really taste, but it is the best martini I have ever had (better than the Lemon Drop at Tommy Bahama's--which is saying something).Give this restaurant a try--there are only three of them in the U.S. but this is the original!
