It's been about a year since I ate at RM Seafood, and unfortunately, I don't remember exactly what I had there. I do remember that everything was excellent! The reason I feel compelled to write this review anyway is that I had one of the best experiences of dining as a single woman there that I've had anywhere. I'm not one who is picky about service- as long as I don't have to wait excessively long. But this was a revelation. When I ordered, the server said that he would get out the bread with their signature spread right away. I told him not to- I stopped eating gluten a few years ago, and wouldn't eat the bread. I feel guilty when they bring bread out and I don't eat it, and I'm just as happy without it anyway. A few minutes later, he came out with the spread-- and a plate of sliced cucumber to spread it on. I was so impressed-It was nice to be able to taste the spread, and whether it was the server's idea or the chefs, it was an innovative solution to the problem that I didn't expect in Las Vegas (where people are not generally picky about what they eat). Also, servers often assume that women dining alone aren't going to tip well-- although I do-- so it was doubly impressive.
But trust me, everything else that came out of that kitchen was also delicious, and the whole experience was lovely.
