“One of the best rooms for the price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2014

I stayed here a week after staying in the Skylofts at MGM grand (a totally different experience to any hotel stay I've had in my life!) so the bar was set stupidly high. But, The Signature really didn't fail to deliver what was promised.

Weather caused a last minute change in our plans and at 9pm, sitting in a bar in Santa Barbara we decided stuff it lets go back to Vegas and so Expedia was brought up to try and find some last minute accommodation that night.
At about $60 each for the 3 of us, a Signature suite with a balcony was hard to say no to - extremely cheap for what it was: A hotel attached to the MGM, practically on the strip, more than ample room and a balcony! We ended up on the 31st floor which was amazing from the balcony, I loved it.
I actually loved that it was connected to a casino, but had no casino floor and no rotten stench of cigarette smoke!
Driving in through the massive gates, knowing that not just anyone can wander up near your hotel was comforting also.

At 1am we decided we would stay the following night to and the front desk staff were amazingly helpful - even offering me a bottle of water while I coughed my lungs up in the foyer. They had brilliant rates the next night at well and made it all too easy.

Epic bathroom - truly a massive spa bath
Kitchenette with stove and fridge etc which I can imagine would be handy for some
Massive bed but, and this is the reason I give it 4 stars really, the pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable. It was like a pillow cover stuffed with hard lumpy balls of material that just were not pleasant.

I would definitely stay here again - brilliant rooms, perfect location and all the pros of being part of a casino without ANY of the cons.

Room Tip: Booking last minute made things quite cheap. Balcony rooms are higher, and I think worth it. Tower...

I was just there for a trade show, and our events coordinator put us up here. What a refreshing change of pace from the casino hotels. No smoke, slot machine noises, weird lighting and navigating through a maze. Just a regular hotel lobby and really good suites with nice kitchenettes. Dining options are limited, and you would need a car to get to a grocery store to take advantage of the kitchenette. It's connected to the MGM Grand, but during the show the monorail station there was totally overloaded. Still, it was easy to get a taxi from the Signature.

Room Tip: They're all good!

This is a great location with large rooms and oversized bathrooms.
The advantage of this hotel is there is no Casino floor but you are connected by a walkway to the M.G.M. Grand (10 -15 Mins from room dependant on floor).
There is a small café in one of the towers and a Starbucks in one of the others.
I was in tower 3 the furthest from the M.G.M. but I enjoyed the walk.
The M.G.M. has the advantage of the Monorail connecting to the rest of the strip and at the entrance to the Strip there is the 24 hour bus service north on the strip. The main hotel has all you need with coffee shops, restaurants, bars and is home to the C.S.I. experience and "Ka" (on a two week break when I was there).
I would choose this hotel again.

Room Tip: I was only on the 5th floor and there was no noise, you are away from The Strip so not 24hr traffic.

It's my second time at the Signature Towers. Big rooms, great bathrooms, smells nice.....I just love it. The service is great and the rooms are lovely.

It's nice to not walk through a smoky casino.

Vegas is expensive though. Prepare to spend money.

Got a great deal on a package holiday for my husbands 40th and after checking tripadvisor thought this hotel looked good. We had never been to vegas before. Odd check in. Was sent to tower two but ended up getting room on 28th floor of tower 1. Room was tired in places. Very worn carpet and part of plasterwork coming off ceiling in bathroom. Toilet blocked on first day and balcony door would not lock. These issues were rectified quickly. Very noisy when other guests slam doors. Rooms need internal door to separate bedroom from extensive corridor noise. Requested late check out on day we were leaving but was informed this could only be granted on the morning if checkout and it was suggested I call before 6am. So, I called at 5:30 and was informed that due to full occupancy late check out was not possible. We complained about this process at check out at 11am and were informed that the hotel was not full and we could hang onto our room until we left for the airport at 1pm. Do not be fooled. This is not a hotel. It is basically privately owned and rented condos. Only once daily housekeeping. And it did not tend to happen until mid-afternoon. Returning late at night only tower 2 is open. I had requested balloons and champagne ahead of our arrival and whilst the balloons were there I had to re-request the champagne. This is not good enough. We looked at all the hotels and by far the best was Wynn/ Encore. Stay there instead.

Room Tip: Different hotel!

From our suite we had a great view of the strip although the hotel itself is set back a little ways from the action. It is a 5 minute indoor walk to the pools, Mcdonalds and casino even with the moving sidewalks. The rooms themselves were top notch, no complaints at all. Overall a great stay.
