“Quiet, Definitely Removed From Strip”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

This is not a party hotel. It feels a little more adult, a little removed, and mature. Although I would think it would get crazier in the summer when the weather heats up - it sits adjacent to Wet Republic. Driving into the gated resort, it felt like luxurious Palm Springs or somewhere far removed from Las Vegas. Our room was exceedingly quiet and had tons of amenities. Spacious bathroom and living area, with a really nice kitchen - everything you'd need to cook an entire meal, NOT just toast and coffee! The WiFi is free and works perfectly, which always makes me happy when staying at a hotel. No restaurant on site - a lounge/bar and a Starbucks. Short walk (about 5 minutes) to MGM Grand main hotel. I'd stay here again.

For the second time in a year got a good deal for a couple of nights stay at he mgm signature including some dining credit, so was looking forward to our stay.
Checked in at tower 1 , pleasant but not a lot of chat, we were told we were staying in tower 3, a bit of a walk past the closed check in desks in towers 2&3 !
Got to our room and it was as last time really nice and really clean , and this time had a balcony looking up the strip , only thing was no chairs or table on balcony! The rooms are great though nice furniture and bed, full kitchen etc , and the fantastic bathroom with jacuzzi bath , separate shower and the very vegas tv!
The disappointment came when we walked hru to the mgm casino and discovered so many restaurants closed for 'renovations' I find it an insult that anyone would believe that so many restaurants would be closed at same time for routine maintenance! And worse the only cafe in the signature suites were I could use my credits closed each night at 5.30!
Our stay was saved by the staff in the bar in the signature suites who were personable and looked after us like we were VIPs !

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and your comments regarding our lovely apartments including how much you enjoyed our staff. We are always excited about making our guests feel at home. It’s important to us to make connections with you and offer unique experiences. It makes us very happy to know that you were treated like VIP’s and we will certainly provide your comments to acknowledge the Lounge staff. One can enjoy the spectacular views from our suite balconies and furniture is not placed out there for safety precautions. The high winds we have in the Vegas Valley make it unsafe.

We truly apologize you were not able to experience the MGM restaurants as intended. Please feel free to contact me personally to discuss the details of your experience at aaskins@lv.mgmgrand.com. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and have you as a return guest of the Signature at MGM Grand.

Yours in Service,

Audrey Askins

Among the elite hotels in Las Vegas "The Signature" is the chosen name. Exceptional personalized service and attention to detail on a daily basis. Debbie, in registration, was friendly and enthusiastic, ensuring that our accommodations were as advertised. Supervisors like
Aaron Dickerson, enable staff to provide the highest level of service for their guests. I'll be back soon.

This was our first visit to Vegas and I've gotta say The Signature did not disappoint. Check in was quick and we were directed to our room in tower 1.

The room was spacious, clean, modern with an amazing jacuzzi bath.

There have been a few negative comments re distance to the strip don't know why as there is a short motorised walkway to the strip via MGM Grand and takes 5-10 mins.

Water was replenished each day and local calls were covered by resort fees. The free wifi was also really handy.

Overall a fantastic non smoking hotel which allows you to relax away from the hustle and bustle that Vegas is known for!!!

The Signature at MGM Grand is a Grand addition to Vegas. I have to go to Vegas almost every month on business. I have stayed all over the strip and my new place for every trip will be Signature at MGM Grand. The rooms are beautiful-one bedroom balcony suite. The bathroom is to die for, a jetted tub the size of a VW Bug, a TV by one of the two sinks-keep up on Good Morning America as you get ready. Kitchen has all top end applicances and everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast, coffee or dinner after a long day of work. Wireless internet is strong and included in the $25 resort fee. And right outside the front door, valet parking, again included in the resort fee.
If you want to walk downstairs into a big casino this is not the place for you, although you can get to the MGM Casino through inside walkways in about 3 minutes. If you want to walk out of the elevator, not hike a mile through a large casino just to get outside, if you don't want to wait in a hour long taxi line, if you want fast, helpful, courteous staff than I would stay at Signature at MGM Grand.

It may seem a bit contrary, but casinos and smoke were not the reason for being in Las Vegas, and in this regard the Signature at MGM Grand was a piece of heaven. Walking through most other hotels, you inevitably had to troop through the casino laden with smoke - not so at the Signature. The nearest casino is at the MGM Grand which is connected to the Signature via an elevated walkway - it takes about 5 minutes to get there. The hotel is not directly on the strip and the entrance is two blocks from the strip.
The suite was absolutely wonderful - kitchen was well fitted out, the bed was very comforatble and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was a treat.
Service was fantastic - this was great value.

We booked online and arrived by car at the MGM Grand. The valet parked the car and we proceeded to check in. It was then that we realised the Signature at MGM Grand is a separate Hotel with separate check in. We got the car returned and proceeded to the Signature.
The Signature has generous and well appointed suites. The hotel is connected to the MGM Grand by a series of walkaways. It takes 5 or so minutes to walk to the strip or internally to the strip via the walkways.
