“Great value for a quiet place in Vegas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2011

I brought my husband here mid December, and both of us found this to be the best time of year for Vegas if the crowds bother you. The weather was cool and the crowds were minimal. Got to see more of Vegas with the walk from the Signature. Our suite had a view of the strip!
We found the junior one bedroom suite very suitable. The room was very spacious. The bathroom had a separate toilet closet and very large floor to ceiling shower. Great for large people. The linens were fresh and we had the option of no cleaning service, which we liked. This ensured more privacy for my husband and I. The kitchen area was perfect to store small items left over from dinners and lunches and provided great storage for late night drinks and snacks.
Most important, it was a quiet place once you got away from the strip so you can enjoy partying and then come back to sleeping in late!

If you're in shape, the walk down to the strip is not far and you feel like you got a nice workout from all the delicious foods in Vegas. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room Tip: ask for a view of the strip; breathtaking at night

Great room , very modern, rooms very quite and loved the deck, no it's not on the strip and a bit of a walk to get to the strip, but I loved the non smoking place, and felt it was a great value.

Came here with my girlfriends ready to party for the week. I had emailed the concierge to ask for 2 rooms together as their were 7 of us and they managed to do that for us!! Front desk was very helpful and again the concierge helped me out again as I left my camera at a bar and they contacted them for me and I got the camera back, yay!! We stayed on the 24th floor in tower 1, fab views of the pools below and could see the airport. Yes it was slightly noicey during the day when we came back for a snooze however just buy/take some ear plugs and that remedies that problem. The rooms were massive! Two big beds (one sofa bed) that were very comfy. Huge bathroom of which we utilised the jacuzzi bath to it's full potential....can fit in 4 ladies easy...haha! Shower was huge too. Nice little kitchen, with hob, fridge, microwave with a tv in the room and in the bathroom. The hotels own pool was just a good size with some nice little snacks to be purchased. Only one minor problem was with room service, very lazy, didn't come to our room all day to clean and then they came at 6pm when we were getting ready to go out!! Kept moving all our things too so we kept losing things. However this is a very minor whinge as everything else was fab!! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely come here again.

Room Tip: Ask for tower 1....less walking time to get through into the MGM grand. Saves the little legs for sh...

Not many people can survive an entire week in Vegas, but the Signature is the very reason I could. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable, and the ameneties were bang on the money. Numerous pools with poolside service, cafes and quieter bars were just what we needed having hit the Vegas nightlife with gusto, and there is no disputing it offers great value for money. The fact that this peace and quiet was only a short stroll from the rest of the Vegas madness is what really made the stay! Highly recommend a stay here!

This is an elegant and very relaxing place to stay in, not a gimmicky- over the top hotel. We loved it.

The rooms are beautiful and spatious, the reception area well designed with cool lounge music to set you in the mood of a high quality area. Not as "vegasy" but very close to the action, the walk to the MGM isn't bad, we would go to their pool when in need of a party like scene. However the walk to the strip is a little longer as you have to go through the entire casino but not a huge deal. Recommend cabbing or even better renting a car ( they have complimentary valet) to get around. Mono Rail sucks in my opinion as it leaves you behind each hotel so you still end up walking a fair deal. Recommend Tower 1 or 2 to get closer to MGM. The staff is awesome.

The pools are chill with again good tasteful music, not the Autotune commercial radio blasting. The jacuzzis light up different colors at night, so do the pools. Oh and the rooms have jacuzzis too. Try to get the strip view, balcony a must.

Room Tip: ask for high floor, strip view and definitely a balcony

just back from 7 nites at the signature
this was our 5th time in vegas and this was by far the best we have stayedin
we were in tower 3 on the 26th floor in a 1 bedroomed suite
the rooms were clean and spacious, with a balcony, although there was no furniture out there
very quiet,no rowdyness
it is a ten minuite walk to the mgm but we didnt mind this
a word of warning...get your groceries etc when you arrive as it can be a pain carrying food every day back to your room
no papers delivered you have to go down to reception for them
anyway....to sum up,we will be returning to the signature, all in all its a great place to stay, clean ,quiet, comfortable and relaxing

Room Tip: try and get a strip facing high floor
