I stayed at this hotel out of convenience on a short notice weekend trip. The complex is one of the newest ones in Vegas. Being new, most things look great. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, great size flat screen tv, nice tub shower and comfortable beds.
The gym is very complete, with cardio and weights. Spacious to fit a good number of people working out. I did not use any of the spa side. But I noticed their treatments are on the nice price side.
This hotel has all you could need as most 4 star hotels in Vegas. Variety of restaurants, a buffet, bar like area, live music area and gambling area. Parking area somewhat close to your room. All hotels in Vegas will have some distance from parking to room.
This is totally away from the strip. Which can be good or not depending on what you need. If you don't want the traffic and crazy party people this hotel is good. If you want the strip this hotel has free shuttle that go and pick up all the way up to 1am or so.
Decent pool and jacuzzi area. There is an arena for rodeo, horse, etc related events. Which can provide good (sometimes free) entertainment.
A few things they should improve:
TV channel option. I know you are not in Vegas to watch tv, but I had 4 channels in spanish and barely 1 CNN. No Msnbc, fox or other news channels. For sports only one ESPN. It wasn't even basic cable channels. Not sure what the deal is.
Some of the room decor is tacky. It just looks awful in the room. Certain things in the room have good taste and some others look like they come from a garage sale.
The cardio equipment has ability to show tv channels, yet they barely work which only frustrates they user.
Other than that a great hotel with great rates any day of the week. You will have access to the strip if you want and also airport shuttle if needed. Amazing noise prevention from hallway or adjacent rooms. No outside noise at all.
The convenient page summary with all the info you need provided in your room is such a conveniente piece of document :)
