This is s wonderful, family friendly show. We paid $26 for 2 drinks/tickets. Well worth that. Clean and funny. It is a magic show with comedy thrown in.

This is the first time i've been to Vegas. We stayed for 9 days. Ample time to see every major attraction.

Mac King and the Rio Hotel seafood buffet ARE Vegas...to a "T". When i thought about what Vegas would always be, and now, after having been...when i think about what Vegas is...it's Mac King and the Rio Seafood Buffet babbbbbbbby!!

The Venetian has my vote on best rooms. Caesars Palace for best inside appearance. New York New York for best outside appearance. The Wynn for best casino floor. Bellagio for best free show (fountains). Stratosphere for best price on fancy rooms.

ABOVE ALL, HOWEVER, ARE MAC KING AND THE RIO SEAFOOD BUFFET. MAC KING AND THE RIO SEAFOOD BUFFET. MUST SEE...AND EAT. BOTH ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY....DESPITE INITIAL RELUCTANCE....FOR BOTH.

To be honest, we only bought the tickets because they were the cheapest discount tickets for an afternoon show. I read the reviews on this site, but didn't think I wanted to see it bad enough to pay $50 (plus taxes) for the two of us. We went to tix4tonite (or something like that) and got two tickets for $30 and a discount on the buffet at Harrah's.

About the show: It takes a lot to amuse my husband and he was laughing throughout the show. The humor ranges from benign to adult. There weren't any children (although the show allows children ages 5+) in our group, which might be why there were adult jokes. His magic tricks are AWESOME! They're not accompanied by all the smoke and mirrors (literally) of other magic acts out there, but they are good!

All in all, this was a big surprise - cheap AND awesome show. If you're in Vegas to sightsee and catch a few shows, then make the Mac King show one of them!

Warning: The whole show is audience-participation based. If you do not want to be called up on stage, then let the ushers know in advance. For our show, he stuck to the left side of the room. Neither of us were called up, but he didn't do anything that would cause embarassment.

Just saw this show a few hours ago. Likely the best 20 bucks I spent in Vegas. If you are looking for dancing girls, feathers and foul language then I would steer clear. Truely a show for pre-teens to adults.
Not a kids show in the stict sense. It is a show that teens and adults would like. It is funny and has some decent magic that I haven't yet figured out...and I have tried.
The room is small. Accomidates about just under 600 people. I would suggest coming early and stand in line to get a seat in the first 10 rows and so not sit on the extreme ends on either side.
Most of the action is in the middle of the stage as you would expect. I know ticket prices can vary for this show and others, but even at full price this is well worth it.
