“Slightly Above Average and Open 24 Hours”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013

When you're hungry at 3am and in need of a late night snack, Raffles Cafe has you covered. Great variety of food, you'll find just what you're craving. It's a got Vegas prices so don't expect to spend under $20 per person including drinks and tip. Easy access from the casino floor.

“Good omelet.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

Cheapest, best place for breakfast at Mandalay Bay. The Omelets were delicious and the restaurant was very spacious. Would recommend.

“Maybe this was just an extremely bad night”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

After attending an event in one of the ballrooms at the Mandalay Bay, I went into the main resort for a late dinner. The only restaurant open at that hour (10:30 PM in the city that does not sleep), was Raffles. I waited in line nearly 30 minutes to be seated. The server told me that they did not expect such a crowd after the election night festivities so they were short handed. After waiting another 15 minutes before I could order a drink and dinner, I was informed that the under-staffed condition applied to the kitchen also. About 30 minutes elapsed before my cold, mushy salmon arrived. The green beans were good. It seemed strange that Raffles management was unaware of the possibility that so many people were onsite for the gathering in one of the Mandalay Bay's very large ballrooms, especially given they were the only restaurant open after 10 PM. I was in a good mood and recognized that the servers were in a no-win situation so I left a nice tip. However, I would not recommend this restaurant based on the management's inability to be prepared.

“Expensive but tasty”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

The omelets were fabulous . . . very large and wondefully tasty. The french toast was great too. Portions are large enough to share, but expensive if you don't share!

“Best Fried Chicken in Vegas!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

We loved Raffles because it has a wonderful setting, the food is delicious, and the service is exceptional. They don't have an enormous menu, but everything we tried was well prepared and nicely served. I especially appreciate nice dishes and silver, real napkins and comfortable seats. The servings are huge, and you're not starving, consider sharing your meal.
