Had the cowpoke where you select 2 meats and 2 sides so we shared St Louis ribs and baby back ribs. Baby ribs were nicely cooked andslidoffthe bone, although they were really babyish in that they were not very meaty. St Louis ones were heartier and well prepared. Sides were coleslaw (our server recommended) which was just Ho hum and cheddar grits with green chilis -I would go back for those and the tiny cornbread muffin that came with our meal.
