“Difficult to fault”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2013

We stayed here for 4 nights and booked it via Hotel Club taking advantage of a special rate. It still wasn't cheap, but it was worth the money. Almost everyone I have asked has recommended the Wynn and I didn't want to like it more than the Bellagio, as it has no theme, but it is almost impossible to fault the place. You feel good here. The room was extremely spacious and very modern, with a luxury bathroom. We had a problem with the electric curtains in our room, but as soon as I called down to report it, someone came up and fixed it. My only complaint is that Steve should spend some money on umbrellas around the pool, Vegas is hot and there aren't enough trees.

We have never been treated better at any hotel than we were at the Wynn. Employees that we encountered were extremely accommodating and helpful. We also marveled at the quality control at this property. If you get a cup of coffee it is a perfect cup of coffee. All of the food we had was prepared perfectly. There is obviously an attention to detail that makes this hotel rise to a level of excellence that few properties achieve. We highly recommend the Tower Suites which have a private entrance and their own front desk. The room and view were spectacular. We will definitely be back.

The Wynn hotel was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was superb...the rooms, the food, the service, everything! I would 100% stay there again! This is definitely THE hotel to visit whilst in Vegas!

There is no doubt that the rooms in the Wynn are good. We upgraded on check in to a panoramic room on the top floor which was superb. That's where the good things end.

The casino is heaving all day and all night and you are forced to walk through the smokey floors to get to your room.

The pool is big but very busy and I couldn't understand why there where no parasols, but it's because they try to charge you to pay for a cabana to get out of the sunshine. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable when the temperatures are 100 degrees! A complete sham and rip-off to just make money.

Drink and food was very expensive.

If you want to pose then the Wynn is for you, if however, you want great service and feel like you are getting value for your money, it's not for you.

This hotel was amazing. However, the one thing that i was upset with was gaining entrance into the XS club. We waited approx 1.5 hours and they kept letting others in before us. Staff was taking money off people to get them to the front without waiting. We still had a great night.
Do not touch snacks in your room as there is a sensor on the tray and you will be charged for removing any item, not cheap either!
Amazing hotel, SW steak house is unreal! I would visit again.

Won't stay again.

Waited over an hour to check in - spoke to a member of staff who was in the lobby on more than 3 occasions during our wait and asked him to call a manager but to no avail. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. Not a great way to start a stay at what's supposed to be one of the best hotels on the strip.

We stayed for a couple of days in Wynn, the view from the 57-th floor was awesome. The room was specious, beautiful. Everything clean and new. There was one detail which I could not understand: if you take something from the bar in the room you can hold it out not more than 60 seconds otherwise you will be automatically charged. I understand that some people wer replacing probably, but if I want to check the calories and ingridients it may take me more than 60 seconds. So we told the kids not to even approach it. We bought the breakfast buffet 30$ - it was ok, but it seems to me that early in the morning the choice of light dishes should be wider (most of existing were better suited for lunch). Also, since we lived during a discounted rate, the hotel management perhaps decided to save on slippers. But we were brought them when we demanded.
