“Excellent Stay at the Wynn”

My husband and I just returned from a mid-week trip to Las Vegas in which we stayed at the Wynn. Overall, we felt the Wynn was excellent. Despite the mixed reviews on Trip Advisor around consistency of service, we felt the service, rooms, and food was consistently excellent within the hotel for the entire trip. For such a large hotel, the service was quite personal in nature. The Concierge went the extra mile for us in assisting us with show tickets, printing boarding passes, and making shopping referrals. In the restaurants, the waitresses remembered us on multiple occasions during our visits. The restaurant staff was very attentive to our needs and they went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent in each restaurant we ate in. The food was very fresh with high quality ingredients. The food was a little on the pricey side but overall very good. At check-in, we were upgraded to a Premium View Room (room on highest floors - we were on floor 52) in which the views of Las Vegas were incredible. The floor to ceiling windows give the rooms a spacious feel with wonderful views. In addition, the rooms were very nicely equipped. The beds were comfortable, bathroom very spacious with all necessary amenities, and the rooms had flat screen plasma TV's mounted on the wall. The maid service was great. They serviced the rooms twice daily and did so in a very discreet manner that you hardly realized they were there. The hotel is nicely designed in that the focus is not purely on the casino. There is a separate entrance (Tower Entrance) in which you can enter the hotel without having to walk thru the entire casino. Also, all rooms have a mini-bar which some Las Vegas hotels do not have in order to lure you to the casino tables. You can the views and have a drink in the privacy of your room without having to use room service or go to the casino. The hotel's casino area is also not that large so for those of you that want a vacation in Vegas without a focus entirely on gambling, this hotel is great. We also enjoyed the spa one day and did the couples hot stone massage. The spa is excellent but more expensive than what I am used to paying but worth a splurge if you are there to relax. The pool is good but probably not the best in Vegas. There are cabanas to rent located poolside for privacy and there is only one hot tub. There is also a casino located out by the pool and an area for European style sunbathing (topless). The Wynn is also conveniently located across the street from the Fashion Show mall. If you want a high end, luxury Las Vegas visit, you can't go wrong with the Wynn. I would highly recommend and plan to go back for my next trip to Vegas.

“Once again the best”

We were there again for a 4 night stay for Super Bowl weekend. Had a totally great experience! Dined at Corsa Cuchina, which was great and dined off property the other three nights (Morels at the Palazzo, Prime at the Bellagio). Went through the new Palazzo and was honestly disappointed. Too much of an "institutional" feel vs. the intimate feel you get at the Wynn. However, the dinner we had at Morel's was GREAT and so was the service. Try it out. Also, went over for a drink at Jay-Z's 40-40 club. Was ok.

In our opinion, Wynn is by far the best in Vegas.

“Super nice boutique hotel”

We were invited to stay at Wynn by the 'Red invitation' from email. It was a good rate considers it is Wynn ($179/night, with $100 slot credit). We were greeted by a manager and directed us to the front desk with very nice customer service. The check-in process was quick and we were upgraded to 58th floor with panoramic view of the strip. The room was nice and clean.

We had a couple's massage at Wynn and it was the best massage ever. We have also tried the brunch at Wynn ($29.95/person) and food was delicious!

We best stayed at Las Vegas hotels! We will definitely be back to Wynn!

“Very Smart Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2008

I just enjoyed a two night stay at the Wynn and was not disappointed.

For such a large hotel, the service was great and unlike most other Strip hotels in Las Vegas, felt quite personal.

The Strip View Premium View Room was spacious and very clean, with two maid services per day and even the room service was efficient and the food was great.

The Wynn casino was excellent and I was happy to walk away a winner this time, makes a change!!

The whole property has some excellent restaurants and the taxi/car services were again unfamiliarly quick for Vegas.

I went to see Spamalot during my stay at the hotel and this was excellent and well worth the money, highly recommended!

The Wynn is located directly across the street fro the Fashion Show Mall and a number of smaller stores are located just up the road. The hotel is linked by footpaths to the new Palazzo resort and then onto the Venetian. The Mall is linked to Treasure Island. Wynn also ahs an 18-hole golf course in the grounds, together with a great spa and health club. Something for everyone.

The Wynn is currently being extended, with a whole new building right next door, but I did not hear noise. The Trump property across the street is also about to be increased in size, so there may be some noise in the near future.

Overall, it was a great stay and I would definately stay here again, as it is a real step up from alot of the other huge hotels on the Strip.
