Fabulous resort to escape the craziness of the strip! Excellent staff & spacious rooms. Contemporary, upscale atmosphere. Serene and relaxing vibe as soon as you enter Delano-even smells great. The spa is a MUST!! Absolutely the best one I've ever been to.

Loved everything about it. The pool, the casino, the restaurants, and especially the newly renovated rooms! View was amazing. No complaints at all. What a great place to stay in Vegas. Service was fantastic

I go to vegas quite a bit for both work and pleasure and on the last trip we stayed at Delano. I have stayed at this resort before (when it was The Hotel). The hotel staff & service was really good, check in was super quick, and overall the experience was awesome. The rooms have been remodeled from my last trip, now all decked out in white decore. I like the room arrangement where the bedroom is seperated from the small "living" room and with 2 bathrooms so my wife can get ready "undisturbed"- can't beat that!

The Hotel was nicely re-done. The lobby area is very chic and the rooms have been updated in a clean white look. The service is impeccable as well. The Mandalay Bay casino offers everything including what is probably the biggest sports book on the strip. The silly "one-hand" rules and older, stuffy dealers detract from a good casino experience

Cabana rental not worth the $$$.Was Charged $600 for bottle of "mediocre vodka" that they charge $75 in their hotel store. Once I put a limit on my credit card our service went way way down. So if its pool side fun you are looking for...may want to check out another venue!!!

Room Tip: Room was very nice, clean. My rating for service is below average only due to the Cabana rental and...

We stayed in a King suite from 09/07/14 - 09/10/14. We used Mlife comps for free rooms with $200.00 in resort credits. The suite featured separate living/bedroom areas with 42 inch TVs in each. The couch was not very comfortable but it is very large. A toilet and sink is found off of the living room by the front door. The suite has a 5 piece master bath with a 3rd TV. The king bed is very comfortable and we slept well. The air conditioner works very well. Housekeeping failed to clean our room on the first day. We were gone from about 11:00 am until midnight. We called when we got to request new towels and trash removal. They overly cleaned the room at 12:30 am when we just asked for the basics. They also offered to waive the resort fees for that day. We didn't have resort fees at all anyway. We were also charged for chips from the mini bar that we didn't touch. They corrected that charge. The walk to Mandalay Bay is very short. The walk to the luxor food court might be closer than Mandalay's food court. I would stay here again, especially for free.

Room Tip: Join Mlife and get the free rooms after playing at Mlife casino for a few years.

The entry way and lobby are stunning, it was beautiful before but now it is just stunning. The rooms are remodeled,, very clean and are nice but the color palette seems a bit odd- lots of brass everywhere. The closets are horrible- not enough hanging space ( the rod goes in the wrong direction so you can only see the top garment) and the drawers are small. Ask for extra pillows, while the bed has a ton of them they are all very, very firm- not comfortable at all.
The staff were all lovely, check in was efficient( the bell desk was very slow- 45 minutes to bring our bags up and two phone calls) . Delano itself does not have any dining options past 4 or 5 pm so its either room service( limited menu) or head over to Mandalay Bay.

Room Tip: The higher the better- our "strip view" room was a view of the airport and if you leaned w...
