“You don't get places like this in England”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2014 via mobile

Are there with friends after a morning hike in Red Rock Canyon. Thank god they knew about this place. Breakfast was great, large portions (for us), service was fantastic. Only downside was didn't go back to try it again.

“Typical Black Bear experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2014

In town playing in a regional bridge tournament and was looking for some far eastern food.
Have eaten at this chain before and am never disappointed. Have had all three meals at this location over the last week and they have have been good and more than enough to eat. We have another week in town while we geocache and will probably make a couple of more stops before heading back to Oregon. Always a pleasant experience at the Black Bear Diners.

“Below Par”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2014

I gave them a great review two years, ago. However, they are just trying to get by on their former cooking.
The pancakes tasted fresh frozen and somewhat cool. The thick bacon was good. The coffee and orange juice is still terrific!
Unfortunately, the bill of 30 dollars for my dad and myself was just 5 bucks from the cost of our MGM buffets. :-(
I hope they get back to being a "make-to-order" restaurant.

“Wowwy!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2014

Black Bear Diner was a great place for breakfast. Not in the middle of crazy Vegas but not far out at all. This is a great place where you can tell locals come. A hidden treasure. Never would have found if it wasn't for trip advisor. Had the Veggie omelet and pancakes , and oh my!!! Love this place and reasonably priced!
