“Tasty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

We did the all you could eat meats that are brought to your table. All but the chicken thighs we awesome. The best was the flant steak and the lamb both were a perfect medium rare. All the side dishes offered were tasty expect the spinch. All in all a little pricey but damn good.

“Good, but pricey”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

Best bet here is to stick with the Rodizio - all you can eat Brazilian barbecue. Moving away from the barbecue can be costly, but the other food is very good.

“You will not be taking a gamble here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2013

I have eaten at many restaurants, but this one WOW. The filet is without a doubt the best I have had. The sides were so different and un-expected. I am going to Vegas in a few weeks and can't wait to eat here again.

“rushed......”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2013

ate here as we stayed at the Mirage and it was the worst meal we had in Vegas.
sat down just before 9pm and decided not go for the 'Gaucho-Style' meat feast & opted for menu items.
First problem, the baby cockroach crawling around on the bench seat next to me, yuk, then the wine ordered was corked, then the starters we ordered were awful, mine, coconut shrimp (one of my fav's @ Bubba Gumps), had only three on the plate but you wouldn't have known it because of the overpowering coating on it, so much so I took it off and ate just the shrimp, the removed coating completely filled my plate......my wife's fish ceviche had so much lime in it, it was inedible. We then shared a double pork chop because we know how big these can be in the US, well this wasn't, it was tiny, you would have thought the server would have suggested we didn't share but the staff mainly seemed to focused on finishing their shift.
This became more apparent when we asked if a couple of colleagues could join us, they said they could but only for a drink as the kitchen closes at 9.30, YES 9.30 in the city that NEVER SLEEPS, madness !
So we ended up with starters we couldn't eat, a middle salad we didn't want/order, a spoon full of pork with so many vegetable side dishes, which again we didn't want/order it felt like a vegetarian meal and the offer of a pudding ? no, when asked, the waiter said there wasn't a menu for them & they only had two on which he didn't seem interested in selling....avoid this place

“Love this type of restaurants but this one did not impress”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2013 via mobile

I got to these types of restaurants quite frequently and some friends suggested we try Samba, they had never been to one. The place was nice but it was pretty dead and I didn't feel it had the atmosphere most have. Also, a third of the meats were dry - especially the lamb and chicken. This is probably because hardly anyone was there and it had been just sitting but for whatever reason it was not worth eating. And I didn't find the meats very interesting. I would definitely recommend this style of restaurant, but recommend you go somewhere else.
