“Condo very comfortable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2013

Stayed one week in 2 bedroom units with family. Each had our own 1 bedroom space and could lock off for the night. Decorated very modern and very clean. Kitchen/bath had granite tops. This resort is large and being the Professional Rodeo events being held next door at the South Point, resort was full and parking was hard to get in front of your building. The parking garage came in handy a couple of nights. Check in was smooth. Contact to obtain show tickets left you running around the grounds, other than that, enjoyed the rooms and layout of privacy with your guests. Would stay again especially since we attend the NFR events at South Point. Did attend a timeshare presentation to learn about their program. I did not feel our host was pushy, instead learned about old history of the area. It did take 3 hrs.

2 bedroom Daisy building!! I absolutely have enjoyed our units. We are halfway through our week and have not had any problems with anything. Check-in was quick although it was busy they had a lot of front desk personelle-their reception area is beautifully adorned and they have a modern business center with new computers. They have many pools and hot tubs to choose from. The South Point Casino is just across the street the casino has many tables and a movie theatre. They called twice for the timeshare presentation but they just offered the breakfast nothing high pressure like other places. I just said "I wanted to relax and the gal said okay enjoy your stay" I would definitely recommend this place the only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because they have a $10 daily fee for WIFI and $8 per person for shuttle to strip or to Fremont Street.

Stayed at the Grandview (Lilly bldg.) in early December while attending the NFR. Personnel were pleasant and helpful. Our reservations were for a 2 bedroom which got us two adjoining 1 bedroom suites which included full kitchen, king bed master bedroom with Jacuzzi ensuite, large bathroom with a nice, big shower. Lots of towels and linens provided. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Convenient to walk over to South Point for meals, the Western gift show and watching the NFR on the big screen. Would absolutely stay again next year.

Room Tip: Our room on the 9th floor was quiet and had a Western view with lots of afternoon sunshine.

My husband and I spent a week at the Grandview enjoying an upscale, 1 bedroom condo (also queen size hide-a-bed in living room). From the granite counter tops (and every utensil needed in the kitchen) to the king sized bed, all aspects of our condo felt very luxurious to us. We found the building and our unit to be very quiet. The linens on the bed were so comfy (wish we could have taken them home!!) and the huge Jacuzzi tub was much appreciated and there was always plenty of hot water. Our building was clean and well kept. There are beautiful pools and hot tubs on the property. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help at any time. The individual condos are a good size, secure and we had a lovely view of the mountains. It is only a very short drive to all of the action on the Strip as well as great shopping. We had access (as well as $$$ coupons given to us at the front desk) to the South Point Casino which is right next door and although we do not gamble, we enjoyed the lovely restaurants, the horse shows in the arena, live performances and even went to the movie theatre there ($5 which included the popcorn!!). All amenities at South Point were 'perks' for staying at the Grandview. There is ample parking outside which is monitored 24/7 by security guards. We would certainly recommend Grandview to anyone but unless you are interested in purchasing a unit, remember that they are 'timeshares', so would caution you to NOT go to any of their sales talks (it will chew up at least 4 hours or more and note that the front desk folks WILL suggest that you go). If you are thinking of buying, I suggest you Google 'resales' for the Grandview, as we found there are much better deals if you purchase a condo that way (you need to do your homework as with anything you buy). We would recommend this lovely facility.

Thank you for your recommendation! We’re thrilled that you enjoyed our service and amazing location next door to South Point Casino. Because of our many resort amenities and spacious accommodations like the ones you described, we recommend that guests attend a presentation while at the resort. There is no obligation to buy anything, but many of our guests who attend recognize the value we offer our timeshare owners and return to vacation with us again and again. Regarding your suggestion of finding timeshare deals on the internet, sometimes a deal too good to be true often isn’t. We encourage all buyers to do their due diligence before purchasing any timeshare from someone other than the developer. Thank you again for sharing your experience and we hope to see you back in Las Vegas soon.

We booked a two bedroom condo through our RCI timeshare membership, and were given two identical one bedroom condos with a shared entryway, bonus! Assigned to the 19th floor of the Rosemary building, everything seemed new. Check in was efficient and friendly, and although they are selling timeshares, they probably left me alone as they knew I already owned one. Units include a full kitchen with oven and dishwasher, large jetted tub, sitting area, and two flat screen TV's. Our one week stay included one midweek housekeeping visit which was welcomed. South Point Casino is next door, and is one of my favorite casinos largely because you don't have to deal with Las Vegas Blvd. traffic. Check out was effortless. Recommended.

Room Tip: Get a unit facing away from I-15 to reduce noise.

This hotel is really good. We spent very good time with friends and in-laws. We were 6 grown up and 2 children (3 & 5 yrs). Since units are prepared for maximum 4 guest, 2 in a bedroom and 2 in a sofa-bed, we should split 2 grown up and 1 child per bedroom and 2 grown up at a sofa bed. Then we didn't need two kitchens and two dining areas. So it was kind of uncomfortable, but nothing that stop me for coming back again many times. We could not use pools because of weather, but they look great. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom was really great, it had glass door so you do not struggle with the curtain, and my daughter loved taking the bath on the spa tub. Since its far from Strip it is very quiet.

Room Tip: when you stay there get there early because parking lot got crowded, there is no lack of parking lot...

We enjoyed our time at Grandview immensely! This is a lovely property with fantastic staff! It is conveniently located with quick access to groceries, highways, hiking trails, restaurants and The Strip. The staff here are exceptional - from registration and concierge to housekeeping, maintenance and groundskeepers - everyone was always friendly, greeting guests with a big smiles while performing their tasks with enthusiasm and pride. Congratulations! Thank you!
