“Needs to update itself with cleanliness and food”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2011

Sunday visited this restaurant with my wife prior to seeing the Rat Pack Show. We ordered Rogan Josh, Chicken sizzling Tika, and Goa Shrimp, and Keema Nan.
The meal was very good other than the chicken. Rather than complain at the table I discreetly spoke to the waiter away from other diners. I told them that the chicken was either not fresh, or had been cooked before. I advised them to make the chef aware of his mistake, or was he trying to get away with something. The staff did not seem interested or concerned about my advice, not the staff I would want in my restaurant.

“A wee bit pricey”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2011

Lovely food but a bit overpriced. Situated within Rio casino. Within walking distance (via the car parks) from the Gold Coast.

“Great ambience, but very expensive and food not stunning”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2011

We liked the ambience of this restaurant: quiet and nicely furnished. The food however is really expensive, and not particularly good: we were very suspicious of our chicken.

“Well prepared but under spiced”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2011

The Vegas representative of the well respecteds Gaylord franchise prepares a version of North Indian cuisine very much adapted to North American tastes - owr what the chefs believe North American taste to be. Frustratingif you really know and love Indian food. What they offer is excelently presented and prepared, but generally bland and under-spiced.

“Lovely food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2011

We went to see a show at the Rio and booked a meal before hand at the Gaylord Indian Restaurant in the hotel. It was a very enjoyable meal, the service and food was excellent and it was very reasonably priced. If you enjoy Indian food this is the place to go.
