“Great food & great atmosphere. Find this place in Vegas!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2011

My wife and I got married in Las Vegas, then had our family dine out at the Bootlegger for our reception. We researched many restaurants and came up with the Bootlegger Bistro after some advice from a Las Vegas resident family member. The food is probably the BEST Italian you'll find in Las Vegas at GREAT non-strip prices. The restaurant has an old school atmosphere but clean and updated. Live music topped the night. This place is also a "celebrity hangout" so you might catch a star or two in this place. If you want a great Italian meal at reasonable prices, visit the Bootlegger Bistro, located on Las Vegas Boulevard out near the airport. You won't be disappointed!

“Food is Very Good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2011

Loved the old world Italian atmosphere and service was wonderful. Recommend the simple dishes like lasgana and spagetti and meatballs (meatballs are huge). We were there during the evening and there was a short set with singer and a few instruments. That was not the highlight of the evening - sometimes singing flat or off key. But go for the food!

“The most amazing seafood pasta dish in Las Vegas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2011

There were 7 of us at the table and we all had a differant meal. The prices looked high on the menue but the oversized portions made up for that. The quality, presentation, atmosphere and service was excellent. This will be our go to Italian restaurant every time we are in Las Vegas.

“Authentic Vegas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2011

After searching for lunch through the typical Macdonalds, Chilis etc. we found a restaurant called the Bootlegger Bistro, authentic Italian food, excellent prices and has been operating since 1949. A host of celebrities have visited this restaurant from back in the day of The Rat Pack. The shocking thing is this restaurant is right next to the South LV Outlet stores and this restaurant was there before the typical urban sprawl surrounding it.

“Delicious with the old world feel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2011

We used a groupon and had no problems. The veal saltimbocca was absolutely delicious served with a side of Alfredo. Not so heavy that it overpowered the dish. Just wish we would have had been able to take the leftovers. It would have been a great lunch the next day. Our server was Danny and he was attentive and showed up just when we needed something. We sat in a booth in the bar and were able to hear the the music playing in the other room and watch our Tigers on tv. Great night all around. The only downside was the taxi cost from the strip....$20.each way. Surprising the cost for such a short trip. Thankfully we had the groupon so ti all worked out.
