The restaurant is beautiful and the Picasso paintings on the walls are lavish. We had an excellent table with views of the fountains. Unfortunately, the food (we had the degustation) is no better than a good restaurant half its price. This is a great Vegas experience, but not for people who know food. The menu was not particularly imaginative and at least two of the courses were quite amateurish. Using luxury ingredients like lobster and foie gras are not a substitute for skill and imagination. Service was very good and sommelier was excellent.
